This wasn't very chibi like and not enough clothing including shoes no shoes a mixture of colours would be great.
I loved the dressing thinge but if I wanted to add a background it was hard to use I couldn't do it
Background looks awful :c Everything (except the custom-elements) looks awful. Why is character so small (I know what "chibi" means). Custom-menu is big, but elements in it are small, why? It doesn't makes any sense :/
