Remove the Quick Recharge And Go AHead options in after opening the application.... The app should open in 3-4 second.... make sure No ads show after open application... modified package remove OTP system....

You should add temporery suspend of active box in d2h trade app and remove the otp system for remove channel some of the customers doesn't have taken his register mobile number, some of them uses their relatives number so, we unable to change package. Make it easy. So many features missing. Offer also not good

Failed to launch. Just like all the other Videocon services, even this app failed to launch. Videocon is the only D2H service, whose channel or pack selection process is difficult than clearing an exam. No app to easily select/unselect channels, call center doesn't respond, website is full of bugs. Extremely inconvenient!

Our Trade App is very good and UI is also very user friendly but as trade partner I would like to bring you notice that when we are doing recharge after click ok it brings us back with the same customer id it is problem when we forgot that whether we have done the recharge or not. Due to this wrong double recharges increases. Please intent it to the page where we enter the customer id. Also please increase the size of the grid menu. Please do the needful as soonas possible.

Providing wrong account information of multi tv customers. The problem starts after the updated version 4.1.7/4.2.0. Previous version was working fine. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Secondly why you guys wants permission of gallery of the phone. There is no logic in it.

Though the app is very usefull it has lot of lags and consumes a lot of time for simply doing recharges. I dont understand that when everything is online and digital why do the system needs 24/48 hours to update a customer account.

I wont give even a single star to this app. Videocon has the worst d2h service among all the d2h providers. Once I mistakenly put wrong customer id during recharge, I immediately called customer care service & provided all details. Still they ask me to write an email for the same. done that. still no response. no refund given. I removed videocon, now they call me thrice a day for offers and account recharge which is harrasment. I also asked please do not call, but still getting 3-4 calls daily.

I called many times to customer care. And i see they don't care about their customer. Now a days i am unable to reach customer care as every time getting message line is busy, ant time i tried calling and getting same meessage. I am unable to see any details on my account. Customer Id, Due date, as of now balance and all options which visible under account information. I am able to see message as information not available. Today my recharged is over however not received any reminder.

Some times application is getting stuck/hanging in between please check it out..? I'm using mobile data as well wifi also still getting issue n i have checked in other mobile also same issue since 4-5 months..? While doing pack change for customer in the end page it get buffer some times n gets logged out some time n comes to main page in the mobile application..? Update means fixing bugs...but this update is 14-oct-2020... creating headache...Refresh.button.. earlier has no limit we can use number of times ..but after update only...once...which is not affective...and we get 1💯 calls from... customer after recharge done... though he had balance in Videocon d2h account channels will not reflect earlier it was cleared using Refresh button...after update it was skipped... Revert back to older version...new update not up to the mark......@gnaneshJRD... HYD

Recharge Reversal problem..😏 And also new activation process is so annoying...🧐😤 and While dropping VAS Active Channel this app needs an OTP..this is also bad experience...😤😤 Totally Overall this application is Worst for D2H\DishTV dealers.. It is nice...But pack changing method is difficult because many of the customers have not active their RTN or in cases like mobile lost.Here otp problem occure often.Activation process is very complicated in dish d2h app.please improve it.

Very very poor not only app, all d2h service so poor I try to login from last more than 10 days but ATP not generated on my register num. And when I call customer care they said we refreshed from here and all the time I got same answer from all different people.

This is the one of worst apps alway misguiding customer after d2h infinity app is own loaded in your mobile they ask you to login then tey will say web page is not available next you do it in your lap top they will say you login it say incorrect credentials every time the login id & pass word, if you say forgot password you will get message pass word has been RESET & sent to your registered mobile number which will never come it seems they are playing since they have reached the number one slot in very shot period there attitude has become like this once the customer base start eroding they will realise but it will be too late.
