Has worked well until the last update. Haven't been able to log on for almost 2 weeks , and when I try to reset password it tells me my email is not recognized as a member even though I have a subscription. I've tried reinstalling the app and using different devices, no difference. If this was working I would have given 5 stars!
Just started using the app about 2 weeks ago and it has been running smoothly. Shows everyone around me, distance, online etc. Haven't had any issues. I like it tells me if they read messages, it leaves the guesswork out of if they read it or not. This might be my main app now and will tell others about it.
Tried to download never used this app thought it would be fun but I was supposed even though I never sign up what a joke oh well find a different app then bye
For me, the app is currently totally unresponsive. When started, it displays a black screen and nothing else. However, I still see notifications when I receive a message. However, because I can't read or respond to these messages, senders must just think I'm ignoring them. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to no avail. However, because I can't even get to the login screen, naturally after the reinstall, I no longer see message related notifications.
Compared to the website version you get to view more than just one photo per-profile. But other than that advantage, it's awful. Crashes while scrolling the grid, crashes while loading-up profiles, crashes while opening chats. And often glitches and sends a single message 2-3 times in-a-row. Apparently they are soon to release an all-new app so let's hope it's better than this...
TERRIBLE! No longer works. I try to log in, & all I get is a solid black screen, nothing else! I've forced stopped/restarted, uninstalled/re-installed, & more. Nothing works. (No surprise; no update in well over a year!) I'm just going to delete the useless app anyway. Besides, of all the apps like this that I've used, THIS one is the ONLY one from which I have NEVER met a single guy. Not one. Now how could I be so successful with every other app but not this one? It's simple—this app stinks!
constantly freezes and have to reboot phone. glitches in program causes repeating of same messages on multiple occasions. haven't been able to use the app for the past three days, even after uninstalling then reinstalling, black screen shows up and app doesn't open up. Too many problems! not worth the aggravation. Needs a serious overall and updating of the mobile app.
Update taken forever to be released for Android. Making amy paid subscription basically imposible to use. Upset that it has progressed this long. Basic features function well, why the app gets an overhaul. Some features and abilities hopefully to be gained. Time will tell. But as for now, it does it's job with limited glitches. 👍👍
Let's you see your chat history for free which is more than Scruff and search by name which Grindr doesn't have. Though it's filters available to free users is lacking. Clean UI with focus on pics and encourages completing profiles, but much fewer profiles overall because of that. If it had a few more free features it'd probably be more popular. The current push for premium is a bit annoying, but at least it's not a full screen blockout ad. Also it's fairly unstable on many devices, and buggy.

Honestly the 2010 website was the best before they started limiting pictures and those things. That particular version was legit. Amazing and worked. Not too mention people used it. This meh. Dump it.
I like the app however there are issues that need to be addressed before I can give you more stars. 1. Very poor connectivity. It sometimes takes me days to be able to send and receive messages and I only seem to get a connection in the middle of the night or really early in the morning. 2. There are a huge amount of blank profiles, these just waste server space. 3. Under the "New" search tab, the users could be better organised, perhaps by distance, closest to furthest away? Hope 4 a reply.

app used to be ok, with a few glitches like the grid of users jumping a full screen while scrolling. A few weeks ago I got a message that the app won't work with the new Android, but mine still worked. Got a new phone now and installed the app, but now all I get is a black screen. Not usable for me anymore since I will stop using my old phone

Used to be a nice app, but lately, it apparently has suffered from quality control issues. Load up the app, after the splash screen, the canvas goes black, and you get nothing. Clear the cache, same thing. Clear the data, same thing. It would be nice if it worked, but it doesn't.
Well, not a good experience to be honest. I signed up as requested, then clicked on the e mail to register and now all I get is that I have to go to the e mail to register and can get no further. Rubbish!
Maybe only for iPhones not smart-phones. Since the Android 9 update, this app opens with a static black screen and is totally unusable. I have contacted support twice in 2 weeks to inquire the date for a fix but a polite non-informative reply is all I've received. I have waited for a fix but now I am warning others. The pc app still works but limits access even more than the mobile app on the free version. I'm happy to subscribe if they ever fix this app although others' complaints are true too.

I just downloaded and for whatever reason this app doesn't notify you of messages or anything and sometimes you won't be able to send messages without rebooting the app. Update. I have encountered 2 scammers trying to get personal information out of me by promising money since joining downloading this app amd have had to restart my phone once to get it to work properly after it refused to connect me.
I like it very much! Using an inexpensive google Pixel 4a phone in 2021 & it works almost perfect. The photo viewing could use some fixing. Many photos can be difficult to view properly. Other than that, after about 5 days, I decided to pay to support it. Met a few already. A+
Update 10/12: every time I open the app on my Android it falls and I submit the problem and it hasn't been fixed. Deleting profile. So far I haven't been able to do anymore than upload a profile pic before the app crashes. Literally a minute after opening the app it falls.
Can't log in. Said my device or my account has been blocked (for no reason!?). Contacted support via email and no response ever since.
The app won't stay online. It keeps staying in disconnect mode. It does it even when I am online. It's totally stupid. I have to Uninstal and reinstall the app every time I want to send a message. I won't be putting up with this much longer. Update your app and correct this issue!!
My premium membership was billed through Google Play and I am not seeing any features. The Visitors page is all locked icons and I am getting a banner at the top of my screen saying push notifications not enabled, but they are! Also frequently tells me disconnected when responding to messages. Using iPhone 11 Pro Max. Worked fine until the renewal was billed.
On Browse, at first it showed a lot of guys. Now for some reason, it only shows my picture. This is a problem. There's no number to call to fix this. Please respond
