The app worked fine, you could view your grades and work through the app. But I noticed now that you can no longer see the letter grade you have in a class as well as freezes all the time or you have to login about 3 times in the same day. I really hope this gets fixed.
the app worked fine until a few weeks before school ended for 2019. I can no longer view grades, schedules, etc. I continue to get the message to view content via the Parent portal (desktop) due to technical issues. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it after a few weeks and continue to see the same message.
App was working perfectly fine. But, recently, within the last 1-2 weeks the App stopped working. It seems like it's an issue with Android phones. Several other parents with Android phones told me they were having the same problem. The App works fine with iPhone.
I have to open and close the app a multitude of times for it to open at all. It drains my battery in the process of opening a lot. I ALWAYS have to input my credentials multiple times as well because it freezes on loading forcing me to exit the app and start over. When I finally get in the leg is absurd. I have a new Galaxy phone and NONE of my other apps are this difficult to use! Come on...do better.
This app never works and when you go to the website it's illegible. I need the app developer to get it together. I have installed and uninstalled so many times but the app still does the same thing.
This app is not working. I can open and use all my other apps so it is not my phone. I cannot log in because it continues to spin.The app says it has not been updated since November 2019. Perhaps there is a newer version than 1.8.1 . Not working for me now August 2020.
Does not work most of the time. IF you are lucky to have the gradebook open, it is extremely slow. Does not show the lunch menu....you get an error message.
The app recently stop loading the app page. It gives the message to try again later or check the wifi connection. Very disappointing.
The app is not working I have to log out and sign up like three times in order to work. Frustrating when you have to access the health screening before you can walk in to your work site.
Last scool year worked great, this year no so much. Notifications stopped working, grade book won't open.. app locks up. Reinstalled no changes.
Very poorly created. It gives error messages the first time I login. Have to try 2 or 3 times before it works. Often says webpage unavailable.
This app is very disappointing I can't even log in I put in log in and password and it just keep spinning and nothing app doesn't work. I even uninstalled and installed the app and nothing. Please fix it
App does not load. All I see is the MDPS logo. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times with no improvement . FYI you can still go thru the website to view your child's grades
Works when it wants to. Most of the time it take 5 to 10 minutes to load. When it does there are errors most of the time trying to use it.
Works once, have to uninstall it to be able to log in again. Have uninstalled many, many times. Now the app wont even work after uninstalling it.
Has not worked in over a week. Does not open. All I see is the logo and nothing else. It will not load, even after being uninstalled and reinstalled.
This app is no good. It worked for a few months. Then started slowing down. Now it keeps telling my user name and password is wrong 😞
Rarely works. I use this every day with less than 50% success rate to connect to backend servers.
Won't let me download the app there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my phone and I've tried multiple times on different days and yet it still won't let me download it😢.

It's not showing anything under apps. It's been like this for weeks. I can't sign on to the portal or view lunch menus
App doesn't work well. I've been trying to see the grades of my kids for almost 3 weeks and nothing.... I will Uninstal then re install
Lately it's been a problem to sign in, I've had to UNinstall and REinstall it, to NO avail, yet today(9-22-21)! ;-(
THIS APP IS NOT WORKING! CAN NOT SEE GRADES. HAVE TO GET ON MY DESKTOP COMPUTER. NOT WORKING ON MY IPAD EITHER. PLEASE FIX THIS!
Quality went down since last update. Freezes and need to close app. Please fix.

It works perfectly but there are no resources such as i-ready or i-prep so its kinda pointless for us students.
The app opens but the sign in and other utilities are not available. I have to uninstall and reinstall for those them to work again. It lasts maybe a week and then it happens again. Unfortunately the real problem is I have to sign in through the app! If I didn't I wouldn't use it at all. I would erase and would never reinstall again . I have little hope it will get better, notice the app was last updated over half a year ago!
