App barely works, and when it does appear to work, the GPS results prove to be inaccurate when tested by calling the GPS device directly. What's with all the permissions?! Why doe the app need access to camera, mic, contacts, etc. Legally they can't request access to that information unless they can prove legitimate interest. Have uninstalled, I'll just call the device directly from now on.
Better than before because the map doesn't jump when the road name is too long, but.... TURN DOWN THE FXXXING ALARM! Used to be a quiet voice and a notification, now it's a 'wake up the family, get out, there's a fire' type alarm. Let us choose please. It also goes off randomly even when no alarms are set. Please fix it
Great app and works well. But after a week of using it, I started to say my device was offline constantly. I contacted the developers and they wanted me to pay them in order to allow my device to work once more. Also no way to change your password if you forget it. Will be looking for an alternative app.
The App is not working on my Samsung Tab A6. Keeps reporting "Network anomaly" even when nothing is wrong with my network. I just got your Tracker & wanted to explore the features through the this app. but nothing seems working on it. Please do something about this so I can maximise my tracker.
After one year of using, the app always pops up an error message: "Your device service platform has expired. Please renew and relog". But platform fees have never been mentioned before and there is no option to renew anything. On Seller-Platforms, where the device is sold, they always just claim that you only need a working data connection (online sim card from a separate provider). Can you please help me with this?
The tracker is very good. However, it was very hard work identifying the company who support the software when the licence ran out. The licence is now renewed and the only problem is that I can't stop it running. Maybe they can fix that in the next upgrade?
I like the device, easy fit, small, easy link up but it doesn't have mph or store the top speed, total miles or average speed that would interest alot, there is a graph but its poor and useless. If these extra things were added iw ould consider that they couldn't do kuch else to make it better. X
App hangs from time to time. Map does not always show on fence menu. Alarms does not automatically show dots on alarm menu. Update 20190530, my complaints seems fixed. Would be nice with option to make fence to move automatically when parking xx minutes.
App is good. Old version allow me see vehicle movement on the Map as it moves real-time. New update is not as good as old version. It doesn't show Vehicle movement. It can show Vehicle in a spot for hours while Vehicle is in motion.
It works only sometimes. Not very reliable. Accuracy is not precise which off by 10 meters. Instruction on manual of obd device not well explained. Very confusing to correct and adjust SMS transmissions and receipts. Had to reinstall the app to reset it.
Ok, the app it's perfect now! After an update the app had shown an error of 20m to north, that it didn't occurred by sms on Google Maps, but it was only necessary to give a turn around the neighborhood that the gps error disappeared!
Needs some improvements on the position accuracy. Some time the car is stopped but it still jumps around on the map. There is also some issues with the notifications and the fencing option. Overall it's acceptable. I will give 3 *
I am editing my previous review. I got in touch with DAGPS and there was something wrong with the tracker but the app was fine. They established that and help me sort out the tracker and now it is working very well. Thanks
Hopefully this app will now stop crashing within 1 minute of opening it. Can you please allow the app to send out and audible alarm when the vehicle leave the geofence. At the moment there is no alarm that can be heard if the vehicle/tracker moves.
The app works most of the time but just suddenly an awful alarm sound starts at any time for no reason. All my alarms are set off. It's making me want to delete the app. FIX THIS PLEASE
It's useful and nice, but I've got a problem the app going offline from time to time and meanwhile the alarm sounding without a reason. It's really annoying. Please check it.
App only worked 2 weeks after installation, for the past 3 months it has refused to poll data from source. If I call the tracker number it responds and sends sms updates. But app is not receiving updates. App is performance is poor.
As others have said . I once had app working fine then one day it said device has expired. Tried everything to get it to work but no. I can SMS the number and get a reply but I want to see tracker info. Come on developers. Get it sorted
Poor Update applied and now fails. Just says device is expired, what's that all about! Was working fine before the update. Just an update, seems its only a years membership to the app. Contacted developer and all now sorted.
I have 3 trackers on this platform, and one by one they have all apparently "Expired" no way of renewing them that I can see. When I log in to each of the device ID's on the website I get a pop up telling me that they have expired and gives my own phone number to contact! Not helpful and I'm very annoyed, would be happy to pay for an extension if reasonably priced to continue using this platform, but as far as I can see that is just simply not possible.
