Apps crashed and had to reorder again. When going to the store for pickup I've been charged for double order. Complain at customer service, they sent email said i will be contacted by customer service. But just now i received emails telling that my complaints has been closed without getting any contact from the customer service.
The thing is very good , but the thing is, i accidentally order it and i didn't know how to cancel it because it didn't have a cancel button. But you need to chat with the person to cancel the order for it to cancel, kind of complicated tbh
Lousy app. Confusing reward option. Didnt have the option to review our order before click to confirm, it straight away proceed with the order. End up ordering something that i thought was free, but seems rewards claim can only be done one by one. Better to use website.
One of a kind, not just a simple food app, works wonderfully with no bugs, minimal and tasteful ads, easy on the eyes more app developers should learn from this
I like this app cause of the beutiful design and it is easy to use. Idea for improvement :make the app remember my payment setting or maybe make the user can still change the payment method after the order. Bcs it takes time to cancel the order if I accidently forgot to can it.
Good app, just dont like that the food itself is always a gamble. I'm from cyberjaya and the food sometimes not as good as previous experience. Hopefully better quality control can be done.
As an app. No problem selecting food n proceed with payment. That's great As food service, it's okay, above par but not at great level yet. The food is fine (which means ok lah). But i like the options of having centrally controlled food service
Dahmakan provides an outstanding service to it's customer with convenient, safe, and unique home-cooked meals options. Price is not ideal to general users, although benefits provided from the SELECT membership is fair. The app UI is a little frustrating at times and lack standard features. Ex. When clicked on a food to order, you can't cancel but forced to add to cart. Users can't change "deals" back to a single dish in the add to cart section, hence having to restart everything.
Their customer service and UX of the app has improved considerably since inception. However, the UI still needs work as some parts feel rather half-baked (pardon the pun). For instance, allowing a user to turn a meal into a combo deal while at the Cart is good, but there should be an option to convert the combo deal back into a meal should the user change their mind. Currently, I have to completely remove the item from the Cart, search again in the menus and then reselect it as a meal-only item.
The food used to be good. After I upgraded to Select however, the food quality only seems to have declined. Sometimes it's too bland, sometime the portion is too small and the support takes forever to respond (if ever at all). The food is almost always delayed. My initial experience with dahmakan was great and I'll be happy to change my review if they pick things up on their end.
As a first time user, the app was laggy and the layout can be confusing. Would suggest giving a brief tutorial to let users know the menu are for different days of the week. The items in my cart keep going missing and I had to keep adding them back. The food will be considered pricey if it wasn't because of the promotion code. Food was okay, delivery was on time. Felt bad for the plastic waste, maybe can have opt for have/not have cutleries. Good concept but need more improvement on the app.
It is not user friendly and it shows zero cost before you start ordering but when you start ordering, it is so much more expensive. It doesn't give payment options before confirming the order. I actually have some credits with me but because of no payment options, i have to pay by cash. So what's the free credit for??? Feel cheated !
First off, this is not a dedicated food delivery service. Dahmakan supplies and delivers their own food (with some exceptions for add-ons/combos). Food is pretty good, app experience is POOR during peak hours. Items added to cart should be reserved unless released instead of getting numerous 'Item is no longer available at this time' which makes ordering difficult going back and forth trying to get a order list that can be delivered at the same time!
Had a few bugs in feedback form that made it hard to give feedback, but overall very user-friendly app, not to mention the delicious food. Order using Dahmakan occasionally but would order every weekend if prices go cheaper, though I can't deny the premium feeling it gives. Would like option to not take plastic spoon and fork since I eat at home, but understand it might cause administration problems. Keep up the good work!
Let me tell u guys about my experience with dahmakan, I have installed the app twice. For the first time, I find it interesting to find a new food delivery app to use which is a fatal mistake. For my first order, the delivery got delayed by half an hour from the given time and both of the food proportion is small considered the high price tag and the food is cold and bad tasted. The second time I installed it is today and one of my food is cancelled after half an hour of waiting... Nice ;)
Truly dissapointed with their professionalisn, I made an order one day in advance(21/05) to be delivered today (22/05), I did not receive my order, she said due to a shortage of riders during peak hour so I need to wait for another 30 mins, while we already wait for 45mins. Not realky worth it!
This apps is good so far. The food was great, and easy to order. But what really frustrated me is I can't cancel my order. I tried the instructions but, still don't work. It should have add fifteen second button to cancel order before confirmation was made. Another thing is, the issue of driver want to cancel order always happen. There's delivery guy who was just on another block away because couldn't find the address. He wanted to cancel. Why??
Better than I expected. The app is easy to use and visually pleasing. The food's great too. Feedback: 1. There's a tab to give feedback on the order but unfortunately it will pop up only once, so you can't go back to it if you exit the app. 2. First time order, I forgot to change the payment method so a little highlight on the payment method could help as I missed it the first time.
The app itself has never disappointed me. It works fine everytime. The food that they have mostly tastes good and is presented very nicely, but of course once in a while you'll get something that doesn't quite fit your tastebuds, and that's okay. I do wish they'd have more choices on the menu. All in all, solid service that I use more often than I'd like to admit.
When I go to help page, I cannot press hotline no button and the only option I have is to send messages and the response is super slow. Should put emergency contact no and rider handphone no. So, if anything happen, we have several options to choose. If not, your customer won't feel fairly treated if your side just refunded the money.
My order had been cancelled!!! The reason was there is insufficient stock to proceed with the full order. What?? It's really not a proper reason, because I have made the order a day before. The apps should be automatically updated with the sufficiency of the stock. And I was informed about the cancellation last minute. 20mins before I am about to receive my order. Should have at least ask me to change to other menu available instead of totally cancelled it. Poor customer service!!
The app is very well design, great UI and features. Lots of promo and discounts. Foods are super duper great ❤️
So far i've been enjoying using this apps and the apps also not require complicated things to able for us to purchase . The food also good, but i am not trying everything yet
App is fine, but the company is absolutely terrible and believe me I've been a longtime user because there aren't many options where I live. Food delivery is guaranteed delayed 100% of the time. As for food quality, it depends on the dish, but usually it's either the portion or the taste or both, they are not worth the price at all.
Good food but sometimes why the heck are my orders much more expensive than in Grab?
Aside from the taste, I truly like the idea behind this. I just wish the taste of the food are consistent throughout. Sometimes my food are too sweet and some are tasteless and sometimes the food are really good. But I can understand that it is not easy to please everyone. Good job, anyways!!
Worst app I have ever tried. The endless notifications made my phone freeze and I could not clear them. Pop Meals canceled my order on the 25th of May due to the rain. They compensated me with RM0 for any meal and drink on the menu. So I reordered ordered fish & chips and a drink. I was horrified to receive only the drink as my order for the main meal just disappeared. Thank you Pop Meals for leaving me hungry for the second time and taking my money. I had to order from Grab Food instead.
