Not receiving OTP for registration.. So unable to login or validate mobile..

Waste app it doesn't show any hotspot connection

Very bad experience during setup process. The app has no provision if you have a long character password of your home Wi-Fi network. For example, during app setting up when you select the "DAIKINXXXX" network from available Wi-Fi options; there is a bug in app which won't allow you to proceed if your Home Wi-Fi network password is more than 16 characters. So, I request the developer team to please rectify this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise the Smart AC function will not be usable. 😒

Comparing to the other app this is very hard to setup. Not even completed. WiFi is not found whereas other local app doesn't need WiFi setup. What a pretty daikin AC doesn't connected with daikin app???????

Thanks team Daikin for the superb app. Now i can control the AC from anywhere however, AC should be connected to a steady Wifi. You can control your AC using mobile data as well. It will be appreciated if Dark Mode is introduced and a widget is developed.

What is wifi setup DAIKINXXXXXX? Not able to connect to this Wifi. No other alternative to go ahead with the set up of the App. Only uninstall. :(

App doesn't work as expected it to be -.- needs better communication btw product makes and software designer. And besides I wouldn't recommend Daikin ever to anyone it had capacitor problem on the go on first year when it should be working perfectly and not only once but twice. Second problem is their service it's not as satisfactory I have got broken fan problem and had already requested customer service center to replace it since the day 1 of unlock 1.0 and still no response at all.

OTP not being received. App should have more controls then only ON and OFF. Basically setting timers should essentially be there.

Please include IR remotes for daikin ac also. I have JTKM50SRV16 AC and i can not find an app for my ac remote. It does not have wifi so this app is not useful for now. I need it cause some times i can not find remote or sometimes the batteries die. Pls include support.

Does not accept more than 11 characters password of wifi router to which you want to connect, seriously why do I have to change my wifi password for enqbling remote access

Daikin is hell bent on not providing a working unit? Last night, we woke up to a loud clang. There was ice on the floor. The ac is, again, not cooling. The condenser coil was replaced about 2 months back and the evaporator coil was replaced just 2 days back. Daikin it just passing off bad parts and spurious refrigerant as genuine. I have spent nearly 8000 in 2 months and This junk is not even 3 years old and it had refrigerant changed for 7-8 times already. I want every penny back now!!

1)There is no option to multiple schedule to power on and power off. 2) There is no option to check the monthly consumption of electricity 3) There's no option to remind me the filter cleaning

I am not receiving top after registration. And without I further cannot connect to wifi . Very bad results of the application

We are having a worst experience with daikin as from the beginning cooling problem started. Everytime different technician came and gave different answers. Sometimes we were alao been ignored by the company. I will not recommend anyone to purchase their products from daikin. They just make customers fool. One after one problem arose from their products. Highly disappointed and not at all happy with daikin.

AC is not connected easy.and extra feature is not showing on display

Service is very very bad. 1000rs for fitting price and stand price is very high stand is very low quality. I Bought 2 AC in kannankandy perinthalmanna For my new home 1 AC I returned to shop. Total price of 2 Stand and fitting is 4200

Now we can easily control our ACs from this application, this is even works through mobile data which is pretty good.

Unable to add ac. Pathetic. Immediately uninstalling it. Useless.

Time waste I tried more than 50 password during registration but every time he says THE PASSWORD MUST HAVE NUMBER AND UNIQUE SYMBOLS. I tried more than half an hour but didn't allowed my password.
