Why in the lastest version the thermistor & transducer check function can't be used ? I hope this problem can be fixed
Much better the old one.. cant help philippines trouble shooting by this app... Cant access the VRV 8 segment.
I can no longer access any information that is useful. The old version was much simpler and easier to use.
The old app way better. What happened, Daikin was so good. Now it takes me a little longer. Very disappointing

Completely useless compared to its previous version very disappointing
App no longer appears on android and it appears they have removed the section which allows you to diagnose system faults. App is now rendered useless to us engineers
Since the last update this app does not open on android. I've tried two device's that the app worked previously on, but now crashes instantly. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not working. It's a real pain when working on equipment in the field especially when you can't get a phone signal for daikin support.

Used to be such a good and useful app before the update now its basically useless, nothing works the way it should and is way to complicated for what it is. 1 star is generous if I'm being honest.

app has stopped working on both my androids. emailed for help yesterday but no response. great app and i use it all the time. it says app has stopped.tryed all the android fixes no luck. must be in the app. please help
some reason the iPhone app has more features then the android with fault codes. after the description we don't get the flow chart on steps to fix. but the iPhone does. please fix.
Mobile spare part was in Previous version of the app, now it has been removed. It shows exploded view of the whole indoor and outdoor system.
Really good app, but this needs to be updated , the IOS system has more info . I've been told this will be coming soon but had been ages . When is the android update coming
AC model not search in applications
This application was outstanding until the last update, absolutely useless now. When your local representatives will not provide assistance.

Not working on Android phones. Emergency settings and error codes flow chart etc are not available on Android operated phones
Works great on ipad but really needs the spare parts bank for android! Make mine and many others lifes that little bit easier..

Great app. But on the BS box and fan coil check instructions is swopped around. Fan coil check should be 1:10 and BS box check should be 1:11.
1 star is too much for this app, app updated for bug fixes. The bugs worked better. Back to using YouTube.
