Wow!!! I really wanted this to be awesome... But when I opened for the first time, there were flashing ads at the bottom and most annoying was a SURVEY that I dismissed which came right back, covering the app itself. Until they change this and say so in the description DON'T BOTHER!

When I first started the app it had me select info about my age, gender, weight, ect.... I entered the wrong age by mistake and the app altered the workout to that age group, and wouldn't let me go back and change it.
