Daily Bible Verses

I very much like the verses and the caption to start but there is a glitch. At first a verse comes up and I begin to read it then the verse changes to a new one even though the date remains the same. Fix this and I will rate 5 stars. Android Galaxy S3.

My only question I just really want to ask people, why, oh why, does anyone use the KJV anymore. There is not a soul walking the planet that talks in old English language. Who are we kidding using that translation? End of silly, not critical argument. God bless you everyone.

This is a very good spiritual reading. The problem that I have is. The program just stop giving updates to the WORD. I need the WORD Everyday. I hope you fix this soon.

I really like this app and since my first review, it has improved. However, there continues to be an issue with how it updates. The updates appear random...it may update 2 or 3 times in a single day, but the next day it may not update for two days. That being said, it's still a great app and helps me to consistently stay in the Word. That's priceless...

Thanks for all the words of praise to GOD & for the Love & Hope written in Holy Bible. While giving scriptures we verify & read it ourselves. May we send phrases and scriptures to you. We all are going through somethings & have those scriptures to get us through the storms of life. Praise GOD. A men

It would be really helpful if there was a way to refresh the page to show the correct day... plz add a button or some other icon, etc. so we can refresh the page when it comes up with the wrong date. This is why I'm not giving it a 5. If you fixed it, I would give it a 5... Thank you!

The Holy Bible and this app; are two of the best apps I have ever downloaded. I downloaded both apps to all my devices. The fact that this app uses The King James Version of The Holy Bible. IT'S THE BEST. I RECOMMEND THIS APP TO EVERY PERSON WHO BELIEVES IN GOD.

It's nice to have some inspirational words, but it is not updated daily, so I'll sometimes see the same verse for a few days and then they will have three different ones in one day. Overall it's a good way to keep God in mind throughout the day.

Thank you for the verses. I love reading it everyday. I have had many devotional books but now I can just do it straight from my phone .

The old English verbiage is often distracting. Multiple verses each day can be distracting. I like the widget so I can read previous verses. Pretty good app overall.

Love thr inspiration i get every morning and some days its lines up with my situation. Only mine is always a day behind lately.

Like this app. Doesn't require excessive permissions to use. Uplifting verses. Would be nice to have save verse feature. Sometimes the verse does not update.

My other bible app updates at 12am and is the first thiny on my phone in the morning. I forgot I even downloaded this app.

Every night before I go to bed I read the devotional for the day and I always enjoy them. Not only do I like that there's a devotion at the top but they follow it with a bible verse. Definitely my favorite app when it comes to this catagory!

This app is easy to use and delivers the Inspired Word or a special prayer each day. I enjoy reading a new scripture or saying a prayer whenever I need to- It helps you stay focused and encouraged!

I like to read the daily Bible verse for each day. It's always uplifting & sometimes just what I need at the time.

I love to start my day with the verses from this app however, I have not received any new verses for 3 days now. Bummer! I love the app but if the issue isn't fixed I will have to uninstall it.

I have this set as a widget on my home screen and am constantly reminded of the Sovereignty, love, compassion and Holiness of our one TRUE and Eternal Father and Lord.

I love this app. I can admit that I'm not perfect, and sometimes I forget to pray, being so caught up and detracted by the world around me. Every since I started using this app, and placed it on my home screen as a widget, I've become closer to God, because it never let's me forget.

I really like it. The only thing I seem to have a problem with is it doesn't change the verse automatically.

Love this app. Like how it explains about the scriptures first. Then gives the scripture. Only problem I have is I can't seem to be able to share if it's long. It won't let me scroll down to the share button.
