I started using this app when I was 17 and everytime I'm ready to get in shape I come back and download it. The only type of exercise aid I use. Here I am 27 and downloading it again. I've been lifting, running on my treadmill, but something comforting about this app from back in the day, its effective for me.
I loved the exercises. There is a wide variety which is a great improvement on some of the other apps I've had to be satisfied with.
Easy to use and follow, definitely recommend to all fitness levels.
Been on and off for 4 years and it honestly helps a lot once I stop using it. Why do I stop using it? Because I get where I want to and then get lazy lol

Easy to use
In the free version you have the choice from two different daily workouts. Each exercise in one minute. Ads are rather annoying. There's Google Fit integration which will grant you one fewer heart point than number of workout minutes. App may be a little buggy as I could only open the settings the first time I opened the app, and now they're always covered by a banner ad. I uninstalled after one use. The workout was good, though.
