This app is 100percent nice..I like the idea that it gives a detailed explanation of the exercises... I've been able to follow it up as well... You need to include timer in this application. And more it is the best app because of the easy exercises I like it but you need to more advance it like add timer in it and count the steps as well.need to improve πŸ‘
