Just downloaded app but cannot get it to open. Uninstalled and reinstalled it again still won't open. I used to love to play this app a while back. Hope it will work soon.
Loved it, but can no longer play. Won't load past the title screen. Tried reinstalling but it didn't help.
Used to be pretty fun . . . NOW the stupid thing won't even LOAD (It keeps TRYING to CONNECT, but always ends with a Big Fat *RETRY* on the screen)!!!
Uninstalling!!! For some reason I can't get pass the first screen.....just won't load......I liked this game in the past...... totally disappointed

Now that I'm forced to upgrade to the friends version I am uninstalling the game. I enjoyed playing this game solo but do not want to be forced to ask friends to play.
Haven't been able to play since the new update. Which is sad because I really like this game.
This app is SO much better than the new app "Crosswords With Friends". The new one is all pop ups. There is no control for switching across and down. They should have left well enough alone. (04/18, 02/18)

UPDATE.... Can't even play anymore cause it won't open past the first screen . I use to enjoy my time playing but now I'm so disappointed. please fix this issue .

Tried playing but can't even get in the game
Used to love this game. Now changing it to crosswords with friends may be a deal breaker. Tried to update to the new version, but it didn't retain my progress or coins as promised, so I was glad I hadn't deleted the old one. With the new one, there are some small amount bubbles that stick up from the tops of the bottom tiles and I find this distracting and annoying.
Im uninstalling this game since its being updated to play with friends. If had wanted to play with someone else i wouldn't have downloaded this version.
I'll play this on my tablet as long as I can because I can't install the Crosswords with Friends that will be this game as it isn't compatiable with my device. So please rethink about the decision to change this to the other game because not everyone will be able to use it on their devices.
no longer works folks. doesnt load passed the title page. i havent played in about a year, even tho it was still installed on my phone. i guess during that time, they decomissioned the app after first trying to make it a "...with friends" type of game. SMH. Too bad. it was the best crossword app in the store.
