Their products are fine (frozen). But once you've registered your mobile number with them, they'll spam you incessantly with annoying SMS messages daily. Tried sending them an email and they responded that they've removed me from their list. But I still get their spam SMS.
Pathetic. Once you install this application and register your mobile number, there is now way you can get rid of their daily spam messages. Even after mailing them there is no reply. App is totally useless. It's failure rate would be more than 90%.
Very disappointed in the first order itself..the order got cancelled automatically before I make the payment..When I tried to reorder the item, the referral money is not showing up even if the previous order got cancelled automatically..I have tried to contact the support and then the app is showing as no agent is available..Very pathetic service..
the overall experience is ok except for this one time when the fish packaged and sold was not what the cover said it was and not what we had paid for. a feedback sent via the app was unresponsive. that was an expensive proposition.
Whatever varieties of fish available for the last one year in the Daily Fish app only is seen even now. No more additions.. Though plenty of fish varieties are available in the market depending on the seasons, Daily Fish is stick to sell only a few items of THEIR choice..
Rate in menu is different, but at checkout it increases. Checked out and it says no items in cart. Earlier version before they restarted business worked smoothly.
A thumbs down to this app.Had a very bad experience regarding payment On January 1st I ordered fish for Rs 1749 and the payment was completed through online My account was debited of the money but due to some reasons unknown to me the app itself cancelled the order.My account showed pending Refund against my order and after sometime appeared 'Closed'.When contacted they said refund will done within the next 7 working days.Till date have not received it.A big let down! they took the order and confirmed that the delivery will be done in the selected time frame. At the time of the delivery a customer support agent called and said they cannot deliver, since the address is not in their delivery area, that is awful, then why did they took the order in the first place????? pathetic service,
The delivery option provided are not at all feasible. no single day delivery options. Had been requesting multiple times for single day delivery or at least morning delivery.
Worst app.... Not able to open fish... Only option is available but if wants to open the fish option.... Full blank screen. Please don't download this app. Simply wastage of data
Very pathetic customer service. They ask to select for a time slot and they will never deliver on time. Will not recommend to anyone. Pathetic service.
Very bad experience, they have expire date of 1 year from the date of packing, using that term they are selling old packages like 3 to 4 months old one. When i opened one pack bad smell came out of that.
It's a good application providing huge options in varities of meat & fish.
When I choose "fish" option in the app, I just get a blank screen. Tried a lot, finally uninstalled
The app got hanged with no specific reason, eventhough my phone had enough space. I am reinstalling the app.
Rate is very high compare with market, most of the area in Trivandrum is not delivarable. As per facebook post I used referal code RE-FCAPP its showing invalid referal code...
i have made payment through google pay for an order on 08/06/2020 , after deducting the amount to daily fish google pay id in the order history section it showed failed transaction i contacted with them through email and customer care number and they said I will get my money within 7 days it's been almost 2 weeks now I haven't got my money 498₹ yet , I am a customer from trivandrum, worst customer care services Fraud company, looting money from people during this covid times

Very bad service . App is not integrated with their stock/inventory .. might get cancelled after placing an order. And not transparent in giving back refund to such customers..

Very less fish varieties available and costlier when compared to fresh to home app which has more fish varieties and cheaper than daily fish

They supply frozen fish, not fresh. Price is high, hence it's better to source from market.
Ita a gamble. The fishes that we get from here are not fresh. It might be frozen for a month or more. However they charge premium for it. The taste of the fish no where comes near fresh available in the market. I gave them a second and a third chance but the quality is always disappointing. Better to try other options
