Stay focused & mindful: Choose from one of eight mindfulness bells. And if your mind wanders, the bell will bring back your attention to the subject of your meditation.

As an extra motivation, a statistics page shows you how many meditations you have already been doing with this app and how long this is in total.

NEW: If desired, you can now also meditate with a relaxing music in the background.

This app is very easy to use. Under the menu item "I will meditate" you will find the current daily meditation. See this meditation idea as an inspiration for you, not as a strict requirement that you have to comply to.

Below the meditation text you can set how long you want to meditate. You may also choose whether and how often you want to be gently reminded to the objective of your meditation by a mindfulness bell.

To begin your meditation, simply click on "Start".

Love this app so far! I have been using Headspace and i really enjoyed that app for teaching me how to meditate. But I have gotten to a point where the verbal cues are more of a distraction, and Headspace keeps raising their subscription price. This app is execlty what I have been looking for! I like the bells as a gentle reminder and I love how you can choose music or have none. Thank you for this app!

Find good not to have a voice guided meditation and having the possibility to set the bells. unfortunately there seem to be a bug. I did the first meditation session for 12 minutes but the statistics report says that I meditated 0 minutes...
