Love how easy and different this app is from other meditation apps. The UI is nice and clean, not at all overwhelming. The fact that it's not super fancy really helped me getting into the meditation phase: I never know what to do with my hands so I select a mudra (a way to hold them during meditation), pick a time and if needed, some nice music or birds singing. That's it. It also provides some nice articles that might need a review before publishing, but the overall idea is great!
I wish the meditation music was longer. When the continuous loop ends, it's some what of a distraction for me. I love everything else about this app. It's informative, and I am beginning to see the benefits of practicing daily! Besides the duration of the music, this is a wonderful app!
These are powerful, subtle poses that can be used to bring a sense of calm, or to invigorate the mind, even relieve a head or body ache. The app has clear instructions and pictures for each mudra, which are also searchable by their effects. This app has consistently kept me engaged for several years, and has absolutely had a positive influence. The blog is especially thoughtful and informative. Fantastic reads. Thank you!
This app is an amazing tool for focusing on ones overall sense of well being. Its helped me in overcoming depression & Ive recommended it to family & friends. The app is easy to use to set up, customize & maintain a scheduled breathing routine. Will rate 5stars, when the notification issue is fixed. I'm sure there was a point were I could set an alarm to receive the helpful tip notification, but I don't see that anymore. Also curious about what happened to the beautiful daily quotes.
I love this app. I don't prefer guided courses much but this is filled with simple instructions that are easy to follow on a daily basis. Plus, you can set an alarm as well as a timer for practicing the Mudras. Just the kind of effective app I needed. I however wish that the developer brought in a night mode for this.
This is a simple but very useful app. The interface is clean and minimal, easy to use. If you want to make it a little bit more beginner-friendly, I reccomend adding some practices for before and after meditate sessions to maximize the effect of meditation and to open and close chakras safely. Overall, a really well-rounded, well designed app.
Probably my most used app during times of growth and unbelievably effective with stress. Self-improvement should be a lifetime journey and this was one key component in mine. Couldn't rate this high enough nor encourage turning on notifications and reading articles enough. While not always error-free (I volunteer myself to be an editor) almost every single article I've read has contributed something profound to my life. BTW they're just bonus to the app itself. Download be amazed and enhanced
Pros: It is a very good app for meditating. Has nice guides and pictures wirh position of the fingers. Music is diverse and good. An alarm can be set for a specific mediation. You can save bookmarks. Cons: If I select 10 min session, it says I meditated for one minute which is a little bit annoying.
Update: I can't access from notifications daily articles from this app, they just don't open the source when I tap onto the notification. Otherwise... Very nice app - exactly what I needed. Clear explanations with pictures on each step, reminders can be set, timer and different sounds. I supported devs to improve loop sound for meditation - it's way too short even for a five minute meditation. The sounds need to be much longer for a more seemless meditation experience.
This app is fantastic. For the most part, the mudras are very easy & the instructions combined with photos are just what a visual learner, like myself, need to motivate daily use. I didn't even realize the one-time purchase price (amazingly inexpensive) is tiered. I believe these folk actually practice what they preach.
This app has information on many mudras and makes it easy to find the ones that may help you. It also has many articles on exercise, eating well, and tips for mental health and beginning meditation. I look forward to my daily notification, instead of be wanting to turn it off.
I have loved this app since I have downloaded it! I mean the only thing I can suggested would be to switch the articles from notification to article button. Have it to where we can go back to the aritcles easily and add a reminder button to the article to go back and finish the article if one doesnt get time to finish it at an earlier time. Also maybe add some hand gestures that can help someone open and heal their chakras. Ive been looking for some but havent found any. Id personally love that
Search engine helps you find what you need. For a change notifications are actually a NICE thing 🙃 there's not too many of them and topics are interesting to read. Reminders are handy, however the sounds for them are aweful! And not many too choose from; it would be nice to have at least one calming sound I could use in the evening.. still-- its not that anoying yo loose a star over. :)
The app is very good and useful...but I would like to request the developer also to add the video tutorials for each mudra. Because some mudras are so difficult that they can not be practiced by just viewing the pictures and with the help of video tutorials , it would be easy and joyful for everyone to practice. Thank you.
This app has helped me quite a lot. The directions are clear and the results are easy to notice. The sound notifications are too loud and long. This app would be greatly improved by better sounding and softer bell or chime notifications.
Amazing app. I downloaded a while ago but only started using it recently. I regret that I didn't start earlier. It's convenient, detailed, explains very well how each mudra is to be practiced. Music selection for Meditation is very good, especially the OM sound. It actually managed to calm my mind. Keep up the good work! 5 Stars!
Great app!!! 😀My Mudra book is now more than 30 years old but one of the best. Was very happy to find this app because it contains almost all the mudras in my book + some extra tips. Would be also great for beginners. Pictures of how to do + detailed explanations. Practice finger mudras now for over 30 years and it really works once "fingers get used to it".🌹😀
I love it! Most of the notifications speak to exactly what i need in the moment. Great advice and all those mudras! Even a reminder function and a choice of meditation music/nature sounds/om chant with meditation timer. Fantastic! Im practicing several mudras and getting great results. Absolutely love! I usually do an internet search when I'm looking for mudras. The convenience of just going to an app is awesome. The variety, explanations, pics, the timer, the meditation music are all fantastic. My blood pressure was elevated. I used the app to easily find a suitable mudra. Checked my BP when the timer went off and it was lower. It's rare when I donate or pay for an app. This one is worth it.
One of THE best apps out there. All because the developers provide sound, effective tools, and tips to provide you an all around better experience for your everyday life. In addition, it's free, and all they ask for is a donation if you're willing, to help provide you a better experience for all that internal stuff that goes on inside you mind to better your external view!
I am very satisfied with this app. The simplicity of it makes it easy. Personally I don't really enjoy guided meditations so this works perfectly for me. The instructions are easy to follow. The only thing that annoys me are the notifications and that is the reason why I don't give five stars. The notifications pop up but when I touch them nothing opens and it's always saying that I have no internet connection which is not true. If you fixed that it would be great.
This keeps me in touch with my meditation practice that I wanted to start and continue regularly. The music to choose from and the alarm reminders are fantastic. I really appreciate the selected mudra each day because it suggests things I wouldn't search out on my own, but I'm thankful for the lesson it brings. I will continue using this app! Very simple to use and understand. Shows pictures of each Mudra (shape of fingers on hand while meditating) as well as gives written instruction on how to perform each; along with detailed benefits of/what all each can be used for. You may search the app by Mudra, area of the body needing work, or by desired benefit. App sends you notifications with info on a new pose daily and links to health related articles also found inside the app. And as learning something always should be; its all free!
This app has helped me a lot for converting me into myself. But I wanna suggest one thing that if it can provide meditation music which keeps sounding utill the appointed time's up, it will give more effective results.As it breaks at every 10 to 15 seconds that's little bit annoying to concentrate. i really enjoy how the app is setup into many different categories and then subcategories! The layout of it matches the tone that mudras invoke. unlike so many other apps, this one DOES NOT have/make you input any of your personal information in order to use it and that is appreciated! I've already shared it with my friends!
This is what I needed. Provides crystal clear information about what it wants to tell you. No bluffing. It has its own meditative sounds to use while doing the mudras. The tunes are very effective. One can also set the time for any given practices. Great effort!
The mudras help and work to varying degrees. Ads are minimal and non-invasive. Site is very easy to navigate. And I appreciate how contraindications are also included. Overall, a pleasant, worthwhile, and useful app.
This is a well-designed, simple app for those who wish to begin practicing mudras. The illustrations are clear, and the directions are easy to follow. One thing I wish could be added is sound to each mudra with the directions read aloud. This isn't so important when the same position is held throughout, but when the position/breathing changes it's super disruptive to have to keep stopping to check my screen. But great app! (PS pls change "why aren't you doing this?" on alarm. Just brings guilt!)
