Super useful app! This app has gotten much better recently. It's so useful for tracking my nanny's hours. She loves it and it keeps us in sync. I love that I can set notification options on a granular level (I can get notified when my baby naps and is given medicine, but elect to not be notified of every diaper change). Recent updates have made the app much more responsive and performant. Great work!
This app has worked GREAT to organize and keep track of taking care of my granddaughter. I am able to document everything from meals to naps. The only thing i have noticed is you can't put in Partial payments so you need to keep track and it would be nice if it would allow invoicing and etc since it is already keeping track of the amount and hours.
this app has been great for us. Very helpful to review his diet and diaper changes when I take over ar the end of the work day. I love the pictures as well, however I am not able to download them to my phone. There are some real keepers there, would love to have then for my own albums. Im using a Nexus 5.
I was excited to find this app. But once my nanny signed up with her updated email it just doesny let me update the rate. Exception handling is nil.it throws a straight error mag that is json related. I am stuck and my ocd to keep things updated is not helping me like this app. It's very average on visual aspect and could really do with updates that help it make look more pro. (Contact me if you need help :D on this) It could go a long way with little updates
This app is by far the most effective way to keep both the nanny and parents in contact with one another regarding complete detailed child care, hours that the nanny has worked with total pay calculated for you, ability to send messages and/or pictures between nanny and parents and the option to take/save pictures. It's secured so that only the users invite can view the information you posted. I can't imagine working without this app and would recommend it to anyone. I had a glitch in the app today and emailed the contact re: the issue and within hours I was contacted directly and the issue resolved. You don't hear of customer service like that anymore!!
Great app for communicating with our nanny. I took away a star for two reasons. It does not allow repeat events. My child has something every thursday, would like to tell app that it is every Thursday until end date. Right now, I have to enter each day. Second reason is that it does not allow videos. Otherwise, it is a good tool!
To unlock most of the features is $5. . . Which I don't mind. But then my husband has to pay $5. And both of my sitters would have to pay $5. And if the sitter changes, they would have to pay $5. At that rate, I can make an excel spreadsheet for free and use text messaging.
This app is okay. Ive been using it for about a 3 4 days and trying to see how it works. I signed up as a nanny and as a parent(just to see the other side of things). After i paid i loved the app even more(of course) but when i signed up as a parent it was making them pay also. I feel as if the nanny has already paid then the parent shouldn't have to. It was also showing the different shifts. As a nanny i do not want my prices for my families shown to the others. Its different prices for different families(for certain reasons) . but i guess thats why its called daily nanny lol. Its only for one individual.
I love this app! I was having trouble trying to find an app that would help me with what I needed. I reached out to the developer and explained my issues. Mr. Coffin was so kind and efficient in helping me get started on his app. I'm Grandma and I'm the Nanny and I'm so grateful for this app! It's helping me keep track of the activities throughout the day so that I don't forget to tell his mom anything and now I can share photos and messages with her of the different things that he does!
As a babysitter I use this app ALOT but there are reason I am now giving the app 1 Stars. When I first downloaded this app it told us we only had to pay a one-time fee of $5 nobody else had to pay it this morning I got a call from one of the parents I watched four and she is confused on to why she has to pay $5. We have been using this app for the longest time she was locked out of her messages and the photos! Since when are all the different parents being charged now!!!???
The app continues to close each time I try to share a picture. Which is frustrating and time consuming.. considering I should be using my time to focus on the child and not on an app. .
LOVE ABSOLUTELY LOVE this app!! The creator is so helpful, he listens to any suggestions and has ALWAYS gotten back to be in under 24hrs! He makes updates when needed and doesnt charge crazy amount for the app. Thank you!!
Comments get cut off, Photos fail to post, this app is extremely buggy all the way around. iPhone, Galaxy S10+, Pixel 2, all devices experienced extensive usability and database failures.
This works great for keeping track of meals and activities and behavior, but the photo sharing is broken - can't download photos off the app, so this kids photos are stuck there.
Love it. Would be better if you could also upload videos and the pay calculation is a little off. Sometimes it says $0 instead of $20
A nightmare to sign in everytime I try to....uninstalled several times...also did reset password as app says I dont have an account....just awful!

I like how this app works over all. I do wish there was a place to calculate or add in thing to be reimbursed for like taking the kids out to lunch or gas mileage.
DO NOT BOTHER! The app is USELESS unless you pay $5. Otherwise you'll have access to one feature! WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT YOU WON'T KNOW THIS UNTIL AFTER YOU'VE BEEN FORCED TO GIVE PRIVATE INFO (NAMES, CONTACT INFO, DOB ect.) ABOUT YOURSELF & THE KIDS! Shady AF! Don't trust these people with your info.
I paid the 5$ fee and when I try to use it to send pictures the app crashes every single time!!!!
Instead of writing a bad review I just worked with the developer to fix the features I needed. App works great now.
This app perfectly fits my requirement. Notifications could use more options which is why I'm giving it 4 stars

Great concept! Poor execution. This app has everything I was going to create an excel spreadsheet for and then some. I love that I can track my nannys hours and stay up to date with what my child is doing every day. However, I don't love the blackout screen and can't change that. The font when typing is also black so thats frustrating. payment can't be done through Google and I have to enter my card info into the app and that makes me nervous. So overall concept is there execution is lacking.
