I love the simplicity and complete control of all aspects of setup, to set it up any way I like. I used Weight Watchers exchanges almost 30 years ago. I wanted something simple like that again. I tried MyFitnessPal and found the high detail too stressful. One "bug" I've encountered on both my Galaxy S4 and S9+. Sometimes when I open it, after the Snel intro, there's just a white screen instead of the home screen, like it's "hanging" and it just freezes there. I have to close and reopen it.
Love the simplicity (just tap) and so glad to find a portion tracker that does not count calories! Only one flaw: there is no way to documemt if you over eat in a certain area (to many portions of carbs for example). Being able to documents my slip-ups is important for a end of week review or occasional reality check. Please add the ablity to add extra portions over the set 'goal' amount. Thanks
Really like the simplicity of this for eating a balanced diet. One thing that might be a nice feature to add is the ability to go into the negatives for the food categories. For instance if I have 7 carbs for the day I can't mark that I actually ate 9. I can only mark 7.
Thank you so much for adding the half portion option. This is perfect for the diet I am on and I am going to post app on MWLW facebook site so others can use it!!! Perfect!!! Love it! But I wish half portions were an option. This is the closet app I have found to allow me to checkoff my food portions throughout the day. I love that it is so customizable. I just wish half portions were an option. Sometimes I don't have a full Cup serving and I would love to be able to check off 0.5 or 1/2 of a serving. Is that a possibility??
It's horrible. For so many reasons. Hapitak feedback can't be turned off, you can't subtract containers if you accidentally hit one too many times. You can't plan ahead or type in your exercise.
Day one .. pretty easy to use. I would like the option to add more categories to refine portion intake for dash diet. At least two more for total of 10 vs 8 ..or let user decide.. scrolling is ok with me for more flexibility and options.
This is the only tracker that goes by servings I can find. And it always says I've met my goals because you can never record if you go over. So it's not really useful.
The half portions stopped calculating and reverted to whole portions. I had to uninstall and reinstall. You also cant backspace so if you make a mistake you cant fix it unless you restart the countdown.
This is just what I was looking for. I love that I was able to customize the labels, target amounts, and colors. The only drawback is that I can't enter amounts beyond my target. I'd give it 5 stars if I could do that.
Acts like a checklist for my daily portions. Was exactly was I was looking for. Something simple, easy to set up and customize.
Easy enough to use. I'm not sure if there's a way to undo when you count in case you accidentally tap too many times. Would be nice to have that feature.
Exactly what I was looking for: a simple food group tracker. It loads quickly and is super easy to setup and use.
Super easy and really basic. Not for complicated people
This app is EASY. If you want to count calories or create obsessively detailed logs, this app is not for you. However, if you want to get a general idea of your eating patterns or even set general goals ("no more than 5 carbs," "at least 3 veggies"), then I highly recommend. No bells, no whistles, no annoying ads that you accidentally click on - just a cleanly designed interface that does exactly what it advertises. It takes about 20 seconds to record each meal (including load time). Great app.
