While this app was designed for all believers from all walks of the Christian faith, the rhythms found within are all adapted in some form from Anglican liturgy, and from the Book of common Prayer. We believe these ancient patterns of connecting with the Lord have deep meaning in our modern times.

As you walk through your day in prayer and scripture reading, you will be presented with different scripture readings every morning, midday, evening and late evening, taken form the Daily Office Lectionary, St. Mary's Day Revision, 2018. This is a beautifully made and wonderfully laid out app. We've been using it for over 6 months. It's been such a great tool to pray regularly. My only suggestion to developers is to double check the prayers and scriptures thoroughly as we have had quite a few cut off the endings of prayers or verses. The closing prayer today 2/27 was beautiful but was cut off and did not have the last few words.
Look, this is what all Christian apps should be. Simple and elegant. Though not an Anglican myself, their "middle of the road" approach can be readily adopted by any Christian, protestant, catholic or orthodox. It has the modern flavour but the prayers are "high church"/ formal enough for those who seek a more structured spiritual practice. Love it. Please keep it ad free.
I love this up and has really kept me grounded in these trials and tribulations.. I would only like to have the notifications come through at times I set. Other than that it is truly an inspiration to my spiritual growth and balance with prayer work for ALL🙏
I am cradle Episcopalian/Methodist but like Catholic spiritual disciplines. I have been striving to Pray the Hours and using Catholic apps and the BCP and traditions but find them overwhelming except perhaps for Morning Prayer and Compline and too much to sustain a daily rhythm (for me). I accidentally downloaded this app thinking it was the BCP and discovered pure gold. This app is perfect. I love that it opens right to the prayer at the right time when I do, I love it's simplicity and yet completeness because it contains the full range of prayer each hour - Opening, Confession, Readings, Lord's Prayer, Closing. It is like visual mindfulness. It is easy to open and use for prayer pretty much no matter what else I am doing at the various points of the day. I am so happy to have found this. I'm not sure I've ever been quite so excited about an app.
This app is maybe the most beautiful of its kind, and is so simple to use. But it's beauty and simplicity only make it more frustrating just how brief the prayers are. This is great for the absolute beginner, who has never used liturgical prayer and just needs a little guidance. It is NOT anything close to a real daily office from the Book of Common Prayer. So, unfortunately, for someone really looking for a beautiful guide through full, historical forms of prayer, this sadly ain't it.
This is an really good app to bring you into the presence of Jesus. Although it would be good if the content varied at the othe two prayer times . I only use it in the morning as it is basically repeated in the afternoon and night time. I don't use the notifications . However it is an absolute gem and only takes about 10 minutes. I love it . Wonderful, Christian prayer app. Clean, beautiful interface. Effective and well-paced structure of daily prayers allows for relaxing, mindful, and quick accessibilty. Thoughtful~allows you to "travel in time" to a past day's prayer. Kind, well-intentioned, and successfully designed & developed app. Thank you for it!
This is undoubtedly the most beautifully and thoughtfully created prayer app I've seen. It draws from the lively Anglican tradition. I must admit that at present it is a little undeveloped in terms of content and features, but I hope the developers will continue to refine and expand the offerings. (An offline mode/downloadable Bible/audio would be great.) This is the best daily prayer app available, and I would like to see this go from "good" to "excellent." Thanks to the developers!
Love it. I am doing the morning devotional. It's great to start the day with a cup of coffee and the Lord! The daily Bible readings are so beneficial. There's usually one chapter, or a portion of a long one, from the Old testament and one from the New. In the months I've had the app, I've read more of the Bible than I have in years. Congratulations to the developers for this fine app!
This is a beautiful and timely prayer app, helping to redirect one's thoughts, and prayers through guided scripture readings, liturgical prayers, and meditations. There is room for the Holy Spirit to speak through His word to your soul and great flexibility with settings (reminders) and selected readings. Would recommend!
I like this app as a reminder to pray throughout the day! One of my favorite verses is Psalm 55:17 about praying evening, morning, and noon. It would be nice to be able to mark when you complete a prayer time, highlight while listening to the scripture being read, and share the actual prayer and/or scripture for from your prayer time. For those who say the prayers are repetitious, we learn from repetition. "The Lord's Prayer" is an outline your prayer should not be the same!
I love this app. It helps me to focus on praying daily and more often. I look forward to having a moment of prayer and scripture, and I love the soothing voice of the person reading the scripture as well. Thank you! This app is exactly what I hoped - but never expected - to find! It is easy on the eyes, and rich in biblical content and meaningful liturgical prayers. No distracting ads to interrupt your focus. Beautiful! Well done!
Excellent app, flexible, easy to use, helped my prayer time hugely.i live the prayers, they really speak to me, the Lord's Prayer is split up and explained which is awesome. I now use that method everyother time I pray the Lord's Prayer It had also helped me get back into reading the Bible daily. I started doing all 4 prayer sessions but that didn't work for me, so now do the morning and evening and it is perfect. Thank you for such a great app.
I love this app but I don't get notifications anymore. I have to go and reset the notification settings within the app and that works for a day. I wish this app would work because it has helped me so much even in the few days that I have been used it.
This app really helps center me in Christ throughout my day. It allows me to read Scripture and pray for however long I need, even on my work breaks. The design also helps initiate a prayerful peace. (No ads either!) I feel God's presence every time I use this app for my devotionals.
Download this now. A great daily prayer and bible reading app that has a clean, simple reading experience. There is an audio bible available if you don't like reading long passages. This app can help you start a full day of prayer and bible reading habit. This is really an exceptional resource!
This is exactly the kind of daily office app I've been looking for. Clean, well organized, easy to jump into. The scripture passages have audio which is also a great bonus.
This app is just what I've been looking for. I often don't know what to pray about and struggle to concentrate on prayer without some kind of structure. This app is perfect, and includes daily bible readings too!
great app i want a next page button. every if it's just checking the side of the page. dragging is not as useful when you have to draw over half the page.
Seems like a good app, but the prayer notifications are not working even after granting the app permission for notification access. Please is there a way you can fix this because I really need those prayer reminders. Thanks.
Great as a reminder to pray. Only wish there was a feature or function where I could change the setting on the weekends ( when I naturally sleep longer and don't want the app waking me too early!)
I love this app!!! It helps me to have a closer relationship with God. It reminds me to pray and read the most perfect scriptures. I believe it is divinely inspired by God!!! If you are serious about being a Christian you should give it a try. It could be one of the the best decisions of your life!!!!
Really love this app. As an Episcopalian it definitely helps make morning, noon, and evening prayer more organized and focused and follows tradition and the reading calendar. I gave a donation to the church through their site for the good work.
I really like the content however... i originally left 2 stars because the notifications do not appear on my phone! The main reason I want/need the app is for the notifications (otherwise I would just use a book). The makers reached out and troubleshooted the problem with me, reworking on their end and made suggestions on my end. The problem isn't solved yet but seems to be isolated to just me. I'll continue to use the app because the content is excellent!
