No local new. If I just couldn't find it let me know but everything is basically AP news I can get from better websites. I wanted local news.
An easy read. Still like paper copy but good on the go alternative.
For a week I get offerand can't get it off

Ok, I'm DONE. Calling tomorrow to cancel my subscription & uninstalling the app. Obits lock up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I gave it a few days, thinking it was my phone, or maybe my internet, etc. But it's not. Everything else works. I'm done with the Daily Press!
Thing is great being able to get the news on the go.
Now can not log in. Fix this.

The app gives useful information in a timely manner
I used to get them often I liked when information was texted as soon as something happens. I don't like looking to see if things are going on. I thought alert alerted you. If it doesn't work out i'll delete the app.
Good info but sometimes too biased. Supposed to report unbiased news.
Easy to use!
I really like the news alerts it sends throughout the day. Good app. I can get my local and national news easily and anywhere now. For continuous access one needs subscription which makes sense. It's like paying for your daily paper. Those who complain in other comments want it for free. Please show respect to people's hard work and pay for your news.
This used to be a great app. I will just use my browser and other news apps now. I refuse to pay by the article. I buy the paper, you can keep your app. Thank you for a great app up to now.
Articles pertaining to public safety should be free to the public.
No paying for every story I want to read.

What is the point of the app if I can't read anything. I have used this app since it became available, now they are going to limit me to what I can read. I have just deleted this app from my phone and am seriously considering cancelling my subscription to the actual paper. RIDICULOUS! !
While alerts come up quickly, the main page takes longer each time to load. Last time took 15 minutes!
Have always used this app - until this update. What good is a free news app if I have to pay to read the stories? 10 free is a joke. Will be deleting after posting.
So after the update i can only see 10 articles...uninstalled!
It would be nice if the login pop-ups would stop appearing once I'm already logged in. Also, I see there's a section for saved articles, but I can't make any kind of menu open in an article to save it. That woud be a great feature if it actually worked.
