Would work better if poses were timed or if you only had to input time ones and not every time you want to exercise
I just love it for easy workouts on days you need to do something other then go on a run for fifteen minutes then just doing kid yoga poses. Would recommend. ☺😊😄

Because it only lers you do 1 thing but my darghyter wants to do more
We found that we needed to reset the time duration of each pose every time before beginning the exercise set, which is annoying. Also minimal vocal instructions for correct posture is given, and there is no provision for pausing in the middle of an exercise set. So we are uninstalling and looking for another app that has better design.
