I’ve been using this app for almost two years and I love it! The workouts are great, there are different options for when you’re tired and I’ve been able to reach my goals using their programs.I recommend it to anyone who’s looking to have a great workout experience anywhere (gym or home). You can also connect your Apple Tv and ipad.Love it!!!

The fact that the workouts are only 28 minutes and there’s a great variety to choose from keeps me motivated. The app sets up the number of workout goals you need to reach each week to see results, and I’m now 8 weeks in and absolutely see it! I had about 10 lbs to lose and have lost 5 so far, but the change I see in my muscle definition is huge! Love this app - worth every penny.

This is the only exercise app I’ve ever been able to stick with. I once gave up yoga for weight loss free. But here is so much helpful information you have access to. The exercises are short enough to make it relatively quick and easy to get done, but they are still strenuous and honestly really great for all fitness levels. Overall, I really enjoy using this Daily yoga program.

I love the workout programs available. When I first started I feared they wouldn’t be challenging enough but I have been proven wrong! I love all of the new workouts and programs they have added to the app; especially the Pilates/barre workouts! I feel like I can find a workout that fits my mood, needs and time frame every single day. I wish you could start a workout and then finish it later, though.

Loving the ease of having workouts determined for me - currently on the home program. The workouts are easily leveled up in the gym for more resistance or you can easily substitute specific exercises if you’re looking for something more or less challenging. Overall pretty easy to use.This app is the best for working out at home, gym, practically anywhere. If you’re a beginner or advanced it works for everyone!!!

Honestly the best workout app I have ever used. I NEVER stuck to a workout routine until this app, and it has changed my life! I have been consistently training for the past 22 months and the progress I’ve made (mind and body) is amazing. There are such great programs to choose from, and I love being able to experiment with workouts from other programs whenever I want!

I downloaded this app last month. I had been using another app yoga-go:yoga for weight loss for the past year and it had some workouts but not good engough. I needed something that would help me with what to do each workout session. I chose the SC plan. It has wonderful warm ups and cool downs for each workout. It has an easy to follow plan for each day. My strength has improved in just a few short weeks. I feel energized and excited to workout each day.

I usually don’t leave reviews for Apple apps, but the Daily Yoga app deserves one. It totally changed my life. I have never been motivated to show up for myself and push me to do better. As an app, it is very flexible for you. It also adds new on demand workouts on a monthly basis aside from the different programs you can join in! It is smooth I didn't experience when I tried yoga for weight loss free.

I love this app. Pre-COVID I enjoyed doing group fitness classes at my gym because I never knew what exercises to do and I wouldn’t work out as hard by myself. It was so hard to get motivated without the gym for me until I saw an ad for this app on Instagram. It’s all the fun of a group class in the comfort of your own home. The integration of your music, their workouts and the accountability of keeping a routine. There are so many workout programs to choose from, beginner to expert and everything in between.

I had been wanting to try Daily Yoga for quite a while but as a student didn’t want to spend the money. I finally caved and tried it fir the new year challenge and I absolutely love it and wish I had given in and gotten the apps years ago when I was fist interested. I started using the app at the beginning of quarantine because there was no fee for full access (thanks Daily Yoga!) and it has been such a great experience. Whether you’re new to working out or experienced, the very large range of yoga gives everyone something to use to get moving. However, you have to be pretty self-motivated, because it is just an app. The badges and activity tracker is a useful way to see your progress and feel more motivated! Another cool feature is the programs, where different Master Trainers have arranged yoga over the course of 3-6 weeks. There’s also tons of nutrition tips and recipes! Overall, fantastic app and truly the best yoga app I’ve ever tried!!!♡

I started using the Daily Yoga app recently and love how interactive it is. I know how to workout but I don’t know WHAT to do. This app tells you exactly how to do that I love it! Navigation around the app is easy. The planner keeps me motivated to stick to a workout schedule which is super helpful. And i love the challenge section if i have ideas of chanllenging myself. Highly recommend it. That’s awesome!

Great app! Have used it for several years now. Good for all levels. Can get in a 20 min lunch routine, a longer focused session for targeted work (core, legs, etc), bedtime relaxation, and lots of other options. Like that I can play my own music in the background. Absolutely love this app. Currently doing the fierce challenge. I love that although I am doing this challenge I have soooo many other workout to choose from, from different trainers. You can adjust your equipment and the App will automatically adjust exercises for you. There’s no bearly to complain about. Wonderful job on this app, great quality!

I am just getting back to working out this app has everything I need to get fit at home. I love the meditation part of it. I still go to therapy but I no longer go to the gym. I just use this app. Pacing, levels, the smart plan guide makes it easy to be consistent and stay focused on my goals.. So many exercises to choose from. I won't ever go bored. GREAT PRICE TOO

This app has done wonders for me! I love my workouts. I love all the different options that are in this app. I don’t like high intensity workouts and the Low Impact Strength program is exactly what I’m interested in. It feels like I have a personal trainer but have a choice and the flexibility to choose which style of exercise I do each time. I love it so far hope you getting better! Thank you!!

I’ve never written an app review but this one deserves it. Like many in quarantine, I’ve been looking for a way to keep moving. I am not a solo workerer-outer. I NEED a class, structure, someone to tell me what to do- the whole deal. This app does just that and as if it couldn’t get better it has the added time flexibility. You pick what you want and poof- a fancy algorithm creates an awesome, sweaty workout for you. The workouts are in a great format with all different movements so you never get bored with doing the same thing over and over. This app is AWESOME and will keep doing it after quarantine to save some monies!!!

This app is perfect- literally you can find whatever type of practice you are looking for. And the best thing is being able to pick the length of the session. There are times when you just need a get stretch/flow, but only have 15 mins to do it. Being able to customize the type, length and even music makes it fun and gives you zero excuses for squeezing in your practice!

So I began using this app as a free user years ago, went back andforth with it for a while as the free options are not bad but are limited. Finally I took advantage of a sale and bought a year subscription and it was totally worth it. The additional content has let me expand my yoga to include lessons that can specifically target the areas I want. The lessons are easy to follow and they offer a lot of variations for when the move is too difficult. Great app!

So happy Daily Yoga released a new Daily Yoga app. Takes all the good things from the previous app and applies them here. Thoughtful touches like the music doesn’t stop with your workout in case you’d like to continue. A list of songs played during your workout. Easy adjusting the volume between the voice and music for the best of both worlds. Plus the fire playlists.I found it difficult on even level 1. Excited to see what the next levels have in store!

I used to use Peleton yoga app before, but there is no much variety there. I’ve done at least 10 workouts now and I love that I can choose focus areas and levels of impact. One small thing I’d like to see added is the ability to adjust the voice and music volume ratio like their yoga app Daily Yoga. I’d also love to hear a “Let’s go!” Or “let’s get it!” more frequent or towards the middle/end of your workout when you feel like quitting! The voices can be a tad monotone at times. Otherwise I love it and highly recommend.

This workout app is amazing! It lets you pick what level you think you are (1, 2, or 3). It also lets you pick how long you want your rests to be; how long you want each workout to be. You can always go back and change the times if you want. Best of all it lets you pick music ( it’s actually good music). I really recommend this app! The workouts are really good and they’re very clear with their instructions, they even show you how to do each workout the whole time. Also, it’s free!!! 10/10 recommended!

I grew up learning jazz dance but I am new to yoga. This app is great for many reasons. The instruction is so clear that I don’t have to look at my phone the whole time and I can actually focus on doing the exercises. It’s calming and I feel great afterwards. You can customize your experience too ie music, voice of the instructor, the length of the session, etc. Which makes it easier for me to continue using the app frequently as I get to make the session length shorter if I am busy/make it a relaxed and slow one if I’m busy after work or something. The design of the app is simple, there are no annoying ads. I wish I didn’t have to pay for this but it makes sense it costs money.

This yoga app is perfect. You can choose a body part to work on, or just have the algorithm choose a set of exercises for you! If you like to boost the corepower, it does help.It has an option to choose their music, Spotify, or Apple. It also has an option to remind you every day to work out! It only takes 7 minutes. Worth every second.

Love the quality of the videos and workouts. It’s pretty incredible how simple and intuitive the app feels, but there’s so much depth to the workouts. Particularly cool: slider to balance your music and the instructor in case you need more of one or the other. ALL workout apps should have that. Such customization too over length of set, session, rest, and intensity level. You can get exactly the workout you want. Can’t stop raving. Go download it and work out!
