Having access to my money early is pretty helpful except when it becomes a bad habit. Then the 2.99 transfers add up. This app is a big money loss over time if you transfer a lot. The app is okay but its not the best. Seems like this is the bottom of the barrel of finance apps. I dont know how it works but seems like this would be the cheapest option beef in the meat section. (Preinflation)

I use daily pay as a quick option for when I need money, & can't wait for payday. It was great when I first downloaded it money was there on time at the end of my shift but now two months later they've really been slacking I went almost a whole week without my balance going up and it seemed after HR contacted them they set things right. But now two weeks later they're back to their old ways again and I'm still waiting for my balance to go up again. Don't use this app.

Pro-It's decent. I like that you can see your balance and if need be draw money from it from your actual paycheck and it doesn't let you take out all of check. Con-$2.99 instant transfer fee (isn't much but does add up over time). Also I've noticed that if you do pull money out early it messes up your direct deposit day so you have to wait longer in order to get your pay check.

Simple, well explained and at this point, nearly a month into my job, extremely useful and it has helped me cover and manage no small amount of disaster that would have choked me were I just waiting for my bi-weekly. Complaints about clumsy UI and inaccessibility may be valid for some customers but there js little to no harm in trying this App and style. Fees included yes its not as easy as a charge card, but its still a service and that means yes, they need to be paid too.

Great concept. Only complaint is that they charge $2.99 to transfer half of your net pay after each shift, and then try to offer another amount plus $2.99 on the same day. They are supposed to do it all in one transfer. It's just another way to charge fees and prove that they score very low on the integrity scale.

Customer service never answered the phone. They leave you on hold for 30minutes or more. I've waited on the line for more than a hour and still didn't get a response. I'm still on hold from calling back mulitple times as I write this review. My timer on the phone says 37:40 minutes. Not a good look for a first timer and first experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It was working fine but now it won't recognize my password and I had to keep resetting it to log in. Now I'm locked out. I tried contacting customer support but after 30 minutes of waiting they disconnected my chat as soon as it was my turn. I tried chat again and they didn't help at all.

I tried to update my review but couldn't figure out how haha. Anyways you can't see any good info on the app...like it was before the update. But if you go on chrome or safari you can see a lot more info. Still not as good as the old version of the app, but better than not seeing anything like now. No need for the app really. I'll just use it on chrome. The wait times are ridiculous with CS. Yall not that busy just don't want to pick up the phone. Sorry to yall who have issues getting your money

I initially used this app as a way to track my earnings more closely. there came a point where I did need the cash advance this app provides. I completed it successfully but unbeknownst to me it changed my direct deposit to the dailypay app. no warning, no notice, no nothing. shady man.

It seems no one has a clue as to what is going on with my account and I can not get a straight answer about my inconsistent earnings. I am now concerned that this company has access to my finances! *Update* A specialist contacted me to let me know they fixed the problem and apologized for the "glitch in the system". Now a week later, it has happened again! Once again, initial customer "service" is clueless and said I need to speak with a specialist. I have been on hold 5 separate times

This app is very helpful for a single mom! I can stay ahead of my bills when unexpected things happen. I'm not borrowing money from any one. I get to use my next check early and for a small fee. I do wish I had better luck with the drawings for extra cash. I would have given 5 stars but I sometimes have trouble getting onto the app and have to go online to gain access.

So much for DailyPay. The app used to be okay then all of a sudden lately, I'm not earning anything for Fridays and Saturdays that I've had to work and now I'm not even receiving payments for Mondays. I've contacted them before on the matter and I was told how it usually takes 24 hours for my balance to go up. While I can understand that, I don't find an excuse to deny someone payment if they've worked the days and hours. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Till then, this stays as a 1-star rating.

Consistently in a bind When I first started using the app my pay was updated every day now its every other week which is a problem. I have set pay dates during the month to get paid not bi weekly pay. So my work uses this to help us out. We'll if I can't have access to my money until every other monday that puts me in a bind as life events are going on that I need the money as daily pay promised. Use the app if you don't really need the money but otherwise it's going to be hard.

I have went over your accounting's in the dailypay app. It is filled with errors, I would like it rectified please. Every paycheck has been shorted. This is unfair to everyone concerned. What do you plan to do?. Everyone using this app check the calculations, I have been charged 2X the fees everytime. I've called many times and waited over an hour, just to be hung up on. That, also, is not right. DP stop taking advantage of us!

They had an issue with chime accounts (MY BANK ISN'T CHIME), so they suspended the balance for everyone. Mine hasn't updated in 4 days. Tried contacting support and they are worthless. If it was truly an issue it would have been fixed by now.

More trouble than it's worth. If you receive bonuses or take PTO. Or have anything other than bankers hours. It is just not worth the trouble. And when I first signed up they had a punch system every 10 transactions you were promised a free transaction. That was removed one day before my tenth transfer. So I have payed for this service so much and not really worked out to help as much as I wish it would. The concept is good the actual app not so much.

If there was a way to put less than 1 star or negative stars this app deserves it. If you run into an issues or need help this app is the worst. Been trying to reach support through the phone. On average spend about 2 hours waiting and never reach anyone.

don't get me wrong I like this app but I don't like you pay every single time to get your money out, I've entered in their drawings every single time they never choose me so I don't even know if them drawings are real I hate that you have to sign in all the time but I do give it three out of five stars because it is convenient in a way but I recommend it if you really need your money yes if you don't then you're fine without it

No longer working on my One Plus 6T. The app and device are fully updated. It displays as nothing but orange. Tried clearing cache and reinstalling it multiple times. It just refuses to load now. It was nice to have and use when it worked. Will update and change my review once it works again.

This app was really good for 2 weeks. Then ever since the 18th of this month my balance hasn't updated. I tried to use the online chat at 1st since I was at work but after you got to #4 in queue, from being #24, it bumped me off, 3 times! So I then called, got put on hold for hours with no help. They 1st blamed it on my employer stating they didn't report but once my HR dept called them that was settled. 7 days later and still no issues resolved. Horrible service! I want my balance updated!

I have had multiple problems with this..yes, it has come very handy as well..but this last time has put me in a bind.. literally have been sleeping in my car because of it. I lost my phone last week. I have another one..when getting on the app and typing in my email..one I've used hundreds of times..it shows on the screen that I'm locked out for suspicious entry call customer service..well I've been trying to for a week..I am literally on hold right now..for 5 hours..you guys suck..need my money

It was a good app until last week when it stopped updating my pay. I've been trying to contact them since last Monday but on the app it keeps disconnecting me. It's no use calling because it will be hours before you speak to someone. Dailypay is just another scheme based on lies.

Very stressful. They were consistent for several weeks and suddenly last week, over $600 was held by them. They said it was an "IT issue". However, it continues for a second week. Customer service took 3 days AFTER payday to pay me last week. This is only after I contacted customer service 3 times. If they were consistent and had a decent response time, I may give the app 5 stars. But I do not recommend it at this point.

At first this app worked perfectly fine. And now its just a mess. I'm to the point where I wanna delete this app. I tried to transfer a payment and it still has not transferred but in the app it continues to say it was transferred. I really hate this app now. I just dont understand what is going on.

the app is fine a little buggy and slow thats why three stars i dont recommend using daily pay however for a few reasons. To name one, your pay stubs show as daily pay and the routing number is not enough numbers so proving your income for things like loans is not easy.

Great idea, horrible execution of said idea. Used to work great, but now there saying I withdrew $336 but I only see $150. To make it even worse, they refuse to help me via support, only giving the word tracks they're taught and not actually fixing anything. Against my judgement, I've held off on contacting an attorney for now, but I would strongly advise staying away from this app.

Do not use this app if you use another (such as Cash App) to get your paycheck early. It will always automatically go through this app and your paycheck will be delayed until you cancel the account and fix it. The app is not transparent about this change being made, and you'll screw yourself over without knowing.

I don't like the fact that if they over estimate the pay for the week I end up with no paycheck and a negative balance. That's just me using to much. I was able to speak with a person on the phone with a problem I was having though and they were very kind and able to explain everything in a way anyone could understand. Very professional and pleasant.

this is a nice idea, would be more beneficial if we were not charged a fee of 2.99 but you have fees yourself. it was kinda confusing to begin with but when you understand everything the app is easy to navigate. 4 stars is because of the fees. I recommend the app. thank you.

Sometimes this app can come in handy, but it would be a lot more helpful if it actually loaded your pay daily instead of holding it for 3+ days until it becomes available. I made the mistake of being paid through the app too, never doing that again. I have epilepsy and can't drive, and there have been several times I've been unable to get a ride to work because my money is being withheld from me through DailyPay. And if you're having issues? The customer service is a joke.
