Dairy Farm Pure Milk Factory: Fresh Butter & Cream

What you want for breakfast? Hot milk with butter on a slice and with creamy cookies? That’s a nice and healthy breakfast to do. If we talk about milk, then we all know that its natural gift that is bestowed upon all of us in a large quantity.
It’s the raw source of pure vital energy. Here is a question for all you kids out there. Do you know from where milk and its products comes from? We mean to say that do you all know where it’s produced? No need to worry about, we’ll tell you in detail and to learn more about that, let us take you to this adventurous mania trip.
How the milk is produced
Milk is one of that precious nutrient that helps children and adults with their bones by providing and fulfilling their daily calcium needs and enhancing their growth factor at an interestingly high level.
Farming and milking of cow
First of all you have to give some food to the cow as she’s very hungry so feed her the best available cattle food there is.
The main process starts from hereon. Now the time to take out the milk from the cow has arrived. Use one of the teats of the cow and the milk will be drawn from it without a worry.

Transport to factory
Now it’s time to load the milk cartons filled of just pure milk to the factory for further processing.

Upon reaching the factory, the milk cartons are unloaded from the truck.
The unprocessed milk here in cartons then goes through a series of stainless steel pipes via conveyor belt on to huge refrigerated vats and is thus stored at very low temperatures of about 4°C and afterwards, under 48 hours refrigerated tankers then take it to the milk factory where its further pasteurized and homogenized.
It’s now time to heat the milk and process it in large plants specially designed to make either butter, cream or yogurt.
All these by-products of milk are then placed on a conveyor belt and are condensed and heated properly for their processing productions.
Milk and its other by products are tightly packed and placed in special environment in the freezer so that their required temperatures are met. What now? Everything’s ready now, just pack the products into the truck as it is now headed to the shop to deliver the items.
