When I first tried to log in I needed to change my password. And I kept getting directed to another log in site. Now I'm trying to log in and nothing is happening just continually loading. To sum it up, needs work.
Update still horrible now everytime i login it tells me to veify my email every single time and if i back out to check my email it puts me to the login screen again where i have to start all over and have to get a new code which is a never ending cycle you just have to call and hopefully get someone on the phone fef about to drop this stupid insurance !Horrible app and the website is just as horrible your better off calling if you need to even just make a payment the app and website are useless
Horrible! Will not let me set up username and password and when I tried to "forgot password" it took hours to get the link to reset it and when it came through it still wouldn't let me set up username/password
I bought a policy through them and have not been able to view it since I paid for a whole year, and I found out the agent that sold me the policy took an extra $200 for themselves without telling me that the quote they gave me was including a fee for them.
Very poor ui design. Lacks necessary functions as well. I find myself calling them with basically everything because whatever issue I'm facing isn't solvable through the app.
Having trouble with an update. Can't use app until I update it but when I go to update it, it doesn't give me that options. Otherwise it's a pretty good app!
Would like more options on paying a bigger payment then what's due. And also be able to change coverage on the app.
Excellent app easy to use and able to everything all in one place never had any issues with payments and that's the only way I have ever paid since starting our policies
I downloaded the new version and can't make a payment. I can't even access the website. Now my policy will cancel.☹️
Customer service!!! They do not do their job been lied to every call.. I asked for a supervisor to speak to, they said that the supervisor will review everything, and give me a call back within 3 days it's been 2 weeks! Havnt received anything.
Easy to make payments. I only wish yous was able to make payment when your cover lapses for any reason instead of having to call a representative
I can make my payments but it seems like it's always trying to charge extra payments after my full billing cycle has been paid for almost two months before my new policy is even in effect. So I have to stay on top of it and make sure I'm only paying what the policy states. On top of it I lost my paper insurance cards and can't just pull them up on here like I used to there's nothing there. it's a bit disappointing If these problems would be fixed then I could say full 5 stars.
I'd rate it negative but that's not an option. Nevermind getting into checking my information because the phone won't let me close one email to check the code from another... let's talk about about the app literally in "pending download" for two hours before I finally gave up. Probably a good thing I didn't need any proof of insurance for anybody..... oh wait... yes I did. Makes a person wonder when it comes time to actually use the insurance what that would be like...
More than Perfect easy to make payments, print ID cards ...I had no complaints at all

Now I tried making a payment on the app, that was a no go! had a 45 dollar payment due, didn't have an option to change payment amounts. I wanted to pay the full policy payment amount for the whole year premium. I had to call 1-800 # and paid on the phone instead of app! I'm sick of these apps that insult people's intelligence and I have to select a state from a pulldown or not being able to insert the date manually or put your own data!
My app keeps making the screen so dark i can't read anything on it.
Will not let you make changes to your policy I don't like to talk to customer service I do all my insurance online they need to change this then I would give them 5 star's
Great convenient app and Dairyland is a great insurance company to go with!
I have continued business with Dairyland Ins., going on 10 years! I'm not about to change it!
After update it will not let me log in. Keeps asking for verification
It's says it needs to update then there are only 2 options (uninstall, open)

It's hard to open and slow
The app is now unusable you are prompted to download the newest update as soon as you go on to the app when you get redirected to the app store to download it and it finishes you go back to the app which again prompts you to update even though you have just done so creating an endless loop blocking me from being able to make a payment when it's due tomorrow please fix this issue I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail
