Dairyland Photo Self Inspection

The first time I installed the app it didn't work, but I Uninstalled and reinstalled and the damn thing worked. This is an easy to use interface and a simplified way to get info to my insurance company. Without having to make an appointment for an adjuster to come see the vehicle. All in all a great app to have for filing claims.

Got through the steps in fantastic order as each step was clear and easy. Most importantly when I had settings that needed changing the app moved smoothly from itself to and from settings. I found only one obstacle that I wouldn't blame the app as I couldn't return to a photo to add comments to after I had moved beyond, I'm the one who forgot to add the comments. I did take a 2nd pic and added comments as a work around.

Very cool technology! Nice to do it by yourself and not have to wait around for an adjustor especially when the accident wasn't your fault & the entire process steals so much of your time!

At first I was reluctant to use this app because I feared getting some type of malware loaded with the app. But I finally was able to overcome my fear. The app made it easy to take the photos because it has an outline of the areas needed to be photograph. I would probably use it again if needed.

The app worked great. It tells you what pictures to take and if the picture doesn't look good you can retake the photo. At the end, you see all the pictures and the video. If any if them need to be retaken, all you have to do is tap the photo and it can be retaken. Easy breezy.

This app allowed you to take really good pictures and they provided a nice outline guide for the photos. They explained very well before taking any pictures what they needed and I dealt with no bugs with the application.

Very helpful and when I finish my claim they did a survey and I accidentally hit one instead of 10 and I meant to give them a $10 because y'all were very helpful and very nice and hopefully soon they'll be able to get my car fixed and put me in something where I am able to get back and forth to work

Great app . Hugh time saver. This is absolutely the most convenient and stress free way to get things taken care . No running to repair shops. No rescheduling of my work day. Took me 5 minutes at my convenience. Thank you K. G.

Very easy to work with! I'm almost a senior citizen,and i was able to navigate the app with ease!Since nearly everyone has a smartphone, this is a secure way to do the job of an insurance adjuster while keeping our premiums low! Thank you, Dairyland.

Needs a consistency to move from step to step. It was far too hard to finish the tutorial. With multiple lags and multiple ways to move forward from the directions. Also a longer video time would be appropriate.

Generally I keep my location off so my photos and travels remain private. This app won't open unless location is enabled YET it won't start if you enable location when the app sends you to the location page, so double suck. Gonna need an in person adjuster.

Very poor app. Does not work well with camera, all pictures are blurry, and flash does not come off. Very hard to access damage of vehicle and should probably not be used for something like this.

Very user friendly app for someone that is not tech savy like myself. I had zero issues navigating through it. I was very satisfied with it. It was a pleasure working with this service and I recommend it to others.

Was super easy to use and very helpful. I found it very helpful how they had me match up the photos of the car to the screen made it simple. It's fast and easy to use and I submitted my photos and I was done .

A fairly easy to use Insurance photo claim application that I would recommend getting the VIN number from your inside driver side or passenger side door, wherever it may be instead of the windshield which came out blurry and unusable

All in all this worked fairly well although accessing VIN number for photo was difficult and time allotted for video was too short. I got cut off the four I had completed and did not have option for additional video

Great app! This was my first experience with filing a claim online, it was so simple. I'd recommend everyone to change to Dairyland. The customer service is amazing. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable service at an affordable rate Thank you Dairyland!

The app was easy to use as long as you are someone capable of following directions. Because it walks you right thru what you need to do step by step even gives examples.

Poor app and insurance agent rude. No place for comments as stated suppose to be. 1 video cannot capture needed info when have to show shell visible damage and then climb under car and show frame and under carriage damage.

Easy to use except options to go back particularly first option to directly get to problem area. It will become clearer but not until next step. Overall app is very good.

App is OK but the response time from the adjustor is far far far too late/long! Just reported my claim yesterday and was hoping to be in a rental within a matter of hrs, but that never happened (causing my plans for the weekend to be ruined). Not a good look at all for your paying customer.

App was pretty easy to use once installed. I do not like that it requires location to be on for use.

Feel this app is about as useless as this so called insurance company. Might just be coincidence that I downloaded this app and now my phone doesn't work right . Happy only had to have it to take pictures of my car . Now I am deleting it

Straight forward and easy to use. The shot profile templates are very helpful in lining up the shots they need.

Great app. Directions were simple and I'm basically tech illiterate. Took pics for insurance company following a car accident.

It was easy to use but the video part wont lett me record multiple videos. There was more damage but it only allowed 1 30 sec video. I needed 3 total.

It is too difficult to use I just needed one shot of the side that's all that was damaged but I couldn't stop taking pictures it kept wanting more of more areas

If the Sun is not shining or proper lighting is not used on a dark vehicle the damage is very hard to see the convenience is nice but I'd rather go and get three separate estimates from professionals

I wad not able to submit the video. The screen froze and did not give me the option to submit. I called customer service, even the representative said there was a problem with the app.

Very new to this...This was my My 1st accident that somebody hit me and I used the app.. Was happy it was very clear and I think I got accurate photos of the damage to my car....Recommend you use it.
