Dakota Mobile Banking

I'm giving this a 1 because when the app is actually working it's pretty good but lately I've had log in issues where I click the app but then I'm met with a blank white screen. I've waited sevens minutes and it doesnt change. I've restarted the app, my phone and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and nothing changes. Hope someone sees this and is able to fix the bug cause its getting really frustrating.

Worked great 1st year. Now won't even open when clicked. Just throws me out. Now it's 2022 the app worked fine for Jan and just started throwing me out again. Probably won't work for the rest of the year like last time until January 2023

It's always something with this app, currently it won't even launch again. Someday it'll work again probably.

This app is great, when it works. They can't tell me any longer it's a over all system issue, since the website works. Pretty unreliable to use since you never know when it's gonna crash and then lock you out.

Would be nice to see further back with transactions. Also, the chip on my debit card has been nothing but trouble and in talking to others, I'm not the one one. Shouldn't have to insert the card 3 times then finally swipe it or manually enter the numbers in order to pay for things.

Crashes alot and says "an error has occured, please call for assistence" Been trying to get in for a half hour This is about 2 months later. Trying to get in again but for the last week now its been going to a blank white screen then just closing the app Pt. 3 Trying to log in again and it says error again and to try again later.

App disabled fingerprint login frequently. Not easy to use!

It would be better if the application wouldn't crash and kick me out all the time. Otherwise, It's great being able to do everything at my fingertips.

Its not a bad app. Old design philosophy but serviceable. Would like to see this modernized to utilize Material design. App is faster to access then wells Fargo because they have this stupid thing saying good morning when I log in. Don't be like them. Just gimme my balance like you have been doing and in happy.

Won't open now worked on my last phone got the s22 and it won't open

Making you change your password every few months sounds like a good idea but can be very frustrating. You get locked out of your account after a few incorrect password attempts.

Absolutwly love this app , the only issue I have is the fact that it will take a few days for something to pend out instead of coming out right away so if your not careful you can go negative

This app is constantly down and not working. Kind of pointless to have a banking app that you can't even use half the time.

Usually dont let me click on anythig to log in to the app. Once in a while it lets me. When it works on my older phone its great.

Other then randomly not accepting my passwords and having to reset my app like 2 times month by calling the bank. Works as it should and simple..

I use the app constantly. I'm thankful for it as I need to do a lot of my banking outside of regular business hours. I don't have issues with it at all.

Love my hometown Bank being technologically savvy and current.

resets passwords without permission and only works half the time. Hire a programmer!

One thing I don't like is it won't stop running after I log out. I have to go in an force stop every time.

I Love this App! it's so easy to use and so convienant to check my acct and transfer money over quickly If I need too!

Overhaul was great, having troubling figuring out how to make weekly scheduled transfers now though.
