App use to work. Since last update begining of September, It STILL does NOT WORK on my phone 2 1/2 MONTHS LATER!
Since the last update the mobile deposit has stopped working. The app shuts down after you enter the amount that you want to deposit.
Downloaded the app and was taken straight to a login screen. No option to make a username or password. Therefore, I am unable to log in. What a joke! Unfunny joke, bit still a joke.
Login always errors out. Autfill works half the time. Fix it now. K, thanks.
Occasionally have issues with the log in...isn't letting me on computer or phone app at this moment

Can't get any better than it is
Latest update restores ability to transfer funds from the app
It will no longer allows you to deposit checks and logs you off of the ap also . Logs you off and then you have to wait a certain amount of time to log back on. Very frustrating!! Also when you follow their instructions for sending a bug report it does not work either!!! It logs you off again . Also when you call and report the issue to the bank ( where you've banked for almost ten years) you get a rude and crude teller who says they are not having problems and doesn't give two red cents !!!
Only thing I don't understand is when i try to transfer from 1 account to another, it won't let me?
Beats calling to check what's in your accounts.

The only things I would add are: 1) the ability to deposit a check 2) An ATM locator and 3) Running balances as transactions occur

Completely what I always wanted from dakotaland
I like that it'll save my password, looks nice and seems quick. Nonetheless I wish I could use it to take pictures of checks for deposit like all the other bank apps.

A great bank but the app is mediocre. Basically the only thing you can do through it is check your balance and transfer between savings and checking account. The biggest letdown is this bank is very finicky with connecting to other banks for online transfers. I can't transfer money from my One Finance account to them.
