When I submit a request there's always an error and doesn't go through smh how can I submit a request when it never goes through they need to fix it.
Terrible app, don't count on anything reported getting done unless the city of Dallas makes some easy money on it, corrupt useless departments, with lazy employees.
This overhauled version of the old Dallas 311 has some serious privacy concerns. It would appear that this new version of the app ties into a city 311 database that not only includes citizen reports from the app but also reports called in by citizens. That might be fine except that sometimes the reports include citizen's names and account numbers for city resident's accounts!
Useless because it never get past "validating address". Have not been able to use the app in over a year. I even tried someone else's phone to make sure there wasn't something wrong with my phone.
App does not work. Will not move beyond 'validating address'. Does not choose real addresses on map or even get the correct street the pin is placed on. Cannot actually use the app to request service anymore.
Always gets stuck when trying to verify address on the map when reporting a concern

Having to call in city problems was such a hassle. It took so much longer than it should have and seemed really inefficient. This app is a game-changer. THANK YOU
Being able to request parking permits on the app is a great feature. Makes my life much easier. All residents need to download this app ASAP
The app is better, adding a photo is great, the city services are very bad, especially with dealing with homeless.
I love the app. Please add an option for reporting burned out traffic signals... like green, yellow or red lights. Thanks.
Poorly created app. Crashes when you try to upload photos. App does not have up to date Service Requests.
I don't think anyone ever sees the reports. Seems to be a waste of time

All the service requests are on the app. I no longer need to create a misc request. Great job Dallas!

Terrible design that always logs you out. No history of previously entered requests after 30 days.
Not working..says after reporting, CLOSED..should say open..need my trash pickup, missed twice in a row
There has been a pothole near my house for a very long time. When I found this app, I decided to give it a try and report the pothole. It was fixed in no time!
I think it no longer works. Latest update ended server connection.
It's a user friendly app and has less loading time. Loved it
This app works really well for service requests to the city. I can see requests submitted in the area and on the map and submit my own. Each request is just a few clicks and I'm done! Can report potholes in q matter of seconds. Also the first time I opened the app, I saw a notification that there were $10 adoptions going on, cool!
