So if it isn't already obvious by the abysmal ratings, I'll let you know now. This app is an absolute waste of your time. Honestly just call the BBQ you plan to order from, whether it be for delivery or pick up. The app itself doesn't really work at all, and since you already have your phone out why not.
My order was messed up and you CANNOT get in touch with anyone to make a complaint. I'm sick and tired of getting wrong orders and not being able to call/get in contact with a person for assistance. Second, How come the Downtown Brooklyn location is no longer on the app?
App is great for catering because you can put orders in advance for pickup. Easy to navigate and simple to use.
It doesn't work. Once you've entered the address the uploading process is never ending for one to place an order.
App. Don't work! After you put in your address it say updating and will not move on. Try many times.
You can't reset your password..there's always an error message. It needs to be fixed ASAP
My Fav place of all times. I've been going to BBQs since I was 16 I'm now in my 40s, my family loves the food too.

I just downloaded the app and there is no code on my receipt to add my points, this app is a waste of time

App sucks employees & managers aren't aware the app exist and when you correct them they get an attitude, both bbq & app suck!!!

Took way to long find my location to even start my order, waited 10 mins for the app to update on my location and that's unacceptable.
It's a good app and easy to use. The only thing it needs improvement on is entering card info. It wouldn't let enter my full card number. It kept stopping 2 numbers short
Saves time.
This app is a complete waste of time and effort. When I try to order delivery the app takes forever and you have to close it. Usr UberEats, DoorDash or other apps to order from them. They need to pull this app down and rework it completely and then roll it out to the public.
