Terrible! - #1 I don't want the app on my phone; since they're using Ticketmaster login and processing, I should be able to use that app. Basically I have to let them collect my data AFTER paying for the game to actually be able to attend it. #2 - their app doesn't download worth a damn! Have to try multiple times with no message about what went wrong, if it was successful/ready to open, etc. I haven't had that problem with other apps.
I saw many of us having the same issue since last week. I am one of them. It has been working well for me since preseason. Suddenly it stopped working last week. When I tried to login, tickermaster said there is no internet connection, but I am 100% sure I have internet connection. Just like the other comments, I did uninstall and reinstall the apps, still not working. I tried it on my other IPhone & it works. I will try it on my old Andrioid phone to see if it works. Stay tuned.
Hate all the gray backgrounds and tweets on the front page.....this version is a major step down from last yr app version. Loved the brilliant blue in the app use to have...and the easy to find things. Hate this down graded version...upgrade back to the old version.
The app worked for me for years until last week. Now it won't open to allow me sign in to access our season tix at all. I have tried resetting the password. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. Nothing works! I reported it to our account reps (Alex F. and Tyler B.) They sent a different way to acess our tix. Thanks for saving the day. Ticketmaster subcontracting was bad for true fans and great for scalpers.
When reselling tickets on Android, the app does not show current listed price like the web version. It would also be nice to show average price of tickets in your area. Other than that I only use it for pulling up my ticket digitally, which is adequate.
On Monday, I could see all of my tickets and was able to use the app to enter the arena. Today, I wanted to look at upcoming tickets and NONE are visible. When I click the view tickets button on my profile, it takes me to a web page that tells me to download the app i'm currently using!!!
The app has a great layout and viewing tickets is nice if I was able to access them. Anytime I try to login in with my mavericks account to access my season tickets the app says my "connection appears offline" and freezes. Will transfer my tickets to seat geek if it doesn't get fixed.
There's no way to turn off notifications for this app. I downloaded it to go to one game and now it's spamming me with advertising notifications. I'm uninstalling.
I think it's a great app because I am a die heart fan win or lose but I much refer a W on every game night that would be hard but I'm hopeful. GO MAVS!!!!!!!!
The most recent update has solved my issue with being able to access my tickets. Everything works great now. Thanks!

Barcode unavailable for the tickets I purchased. The only reason I downloaded the app and not working.
app took too long to come up. was in line at the game and had to step out due to app not coming up to view tickets.
The Mobile Tickets part of the App can't connecting to the server on Android OS. Please fix before the season starts!
Needs a widget like all the other teams have... Good but not perfect.
Android Note 9 and S10 says "network error". Used on a friends Iphone and our season tickets pull up. PLEASE ASSIST ASAP
The app continues to tell me that due to my Ticket Master account, I can't set up an account.

Absolutely horrible, after starting out so so. It just stopped after only having it for 14 days. And I couldn't get it to update, like it was asking me.
