Dals Connect

Installed lights in our kitchen and it worked great, but we installed a second set in the basement and they were working fine until we connected it to the app now the second set will not turn on...transformer just makes a buzzing noise... it's not a faulty transformer because when I swap them the second set still will not work... Still waiting for help from manufacturer

The app has been having issues with crashing lately, leaving my lights stuck at a previous setting that I would like to change out of. Hope the problem gets resolved soon. But for now 1 star.

Works great! ...Although now the app keeps closing and after clearing the cache and restarting my device it still won't open. I uninstalled the app, I'm currently trying to reinstall the app and it says, "pending". I had to reinstall the app with a new email, now it works great again.

Terrible, I've spent three hours trying to connect two new flush mounts, SM-FM14, won't connect, when I try AP mode it says failed to find router when the app has me connected to the lights wifi... This isn't my first rodeo with smart lights. And I do have Dals undercounter lights that work well.

Was working fine, now the app crashes and I can't use my lights. I've uninstall and reinstalled the app, rebooted phone, tried a different device, nothing, keeps crashing.

It's a very frustrating app to use. I cannot get the colours to change, cannot get the lights to connect. It is not user friendly.

Very easy set up. Nice user interface. Surprised to hear so many struggles, Dals has been very supportive over the years.

Great Light strip that truly sets the mood of the room rather your playing games or watching movies or letting the music control the lights( yes you heard me right) it is deffently a must have

Horrible, it never would connect the app to lights or wifi! I can't even get my 24' LED Smart Light Strip to even go in sync mode!

Terrible.after trying multiple times at 2 different houses still couldnt connect a device. Returning the light as there is no point

Terrible. Lights would not connect, awful customer service, no reply to any emails. Wouldn't waste money on this product or time downloading the app.

Use the app Magic Home instead! I struggled with this Dals Connect app for hours. Then I saw on Home Depot's webpage for another Dals product that the company Dals refers customers to use Magic Home. I tried it and I got my Dals smart bulb set up on the first attempt. Thank the lordt almighty because I was about to throw the light bulb at a wall.

Nice lights very bright but cannot connect to alexa TERRIBLE app... I recieved as a gift but was looking forward to connecting to my alexa

Worked good for a bit then app won't open and let me control lights hope DAL can reimburse me

Excellent App, simple interface, excellent button choices l intelligently placed. 4* 1 star down because it bounces to full strength white as default sometimes on its own and nearly knock you down.

The app crashes and stops me from controlling them. Ive deleted the app countless times and reinstalled and still wont connect. Made sure its on a 2.4ghz bandwidth. I actually am frustrated that my electrician recomended them. Terrible product.
