DameWare Mobile lets you remotely access and troubleshoot all of the Windows computers on your network from anywhere from your Android device. DameWare Mobile brings the powerful desktop remote control features of the award-winning systems administration software, DameWare Remote Support (DRS), to your Android device.
With DameWare Mobile, you can:

Important:

So far I like the app if I'm doing a simple task. However, the default Samsung keyboard will not type when connected to a machine. I had to install another app that worked for typing. I think after two years you might want to push out another update that can fix problems like this.

Crashes frequently, need to enter and IP address for everything because domain names don't work. Sometimes it just refuses to connect to anything.

I have confirmed the settings work fine on iOS app. The second it seems to successfully connect it crashes. Hoping this can be resolved so I am not stuck with iOS only.

I got an S5 running Samsung's Lollipop firmware Android 5.0 and it crashes. I installed CyanogenMod 12.1 Android 5.1.1 on the same phone and it runs perfectly fine. Security issue? Samsung has knox supporting SELinux on Enforce mode. I'll try to set SELinux on Permissive and see how it goes...

No problems after a proper install. One thing I'd like to have is DEFAULT credentials to use for new connections from the global address list. After that, it's perfect.

What more could I ask for? I can support my end users from anywhere in the world now without worrying about pesky VPN or them doing complicated steps. The server software just runs and I've never had an issue connecting.

Have not gotten it to connect yet - "gateway not available" error. And I cannot get into the settings menu, when i press "settings" nothing happens. Been looking forward to this app for months now, would really like it to work

Devices: rooted SGS3 and rooted Note 8.0 Installed smoothly. Easy to use. Not sure why other users are experiencing issues. Maybe you're doing it wrong. Would recommend this software and app.

Not being able to use the software with MRC even when the mobile gateway is a stand alone application. The mouse is too big and just not useful. Been waiting on this for months just to be hit with a $2100 quote to add 10 users to be able to use the android app.
