Interface is just poor, navigation is cumbersome, video speeds options are limited . The explanation for the same test is different in the pdf vs video solution. If you're charging 10000 then atleast have consistency. I want to shut down the app as soon as I open it, it's quite an achievement to be honest. Marrow has done so much better in a far shorter span. I feel like dams is taking students for granted. Ki aisa hai to kya hua, yahi karenge na bache.
The contents are great but there are so many glitches and bugs that need to be fixed for a smooth experience like : 1. Video speed increament cannot be done via app 2. Some answers are wrong and in some questions same option is repeated twice 3. Test resuming feature is not good
Can we please download the solution videos within the app like we do in emedicoz...its difficult to watch because internet speed keeps in fluctuating...and the video has to be restarted as soon as connection lost....it wastes lots of time. Thank you.
The interface is good, but always app crashes.. sometimes the app doesnot open for a long time, really it nedds serious improvement.. I have installed latest version,but the issue remains the same..
lots of issues with the app. several time after completing the test i cant see the results. it logged out automatically and had a struggle even after enter the log in id and password the message pops out that oops try again
App is pretty good ,however the solution video option has quite a few bugs, it stops the video on its own which itself loads after a very long time,kindly provide an update for this.
Very poorely managed app! Sometimes the image don't loads sometimes there is no space between words making it difficult to understand...nd ques in few subjects are absolute rubbish although few subjects ques are really well framed
So many mistyped questions. Interface could have been much better. Most of the tabs are never updated. Expect a better test series platform from such a great institution
please look into this. In few Image based questions only text shows in the test. Few differences in the solution shown in the videos and the answer key. The solution video keeps on showing error.
Worst experience. Automatically time reduce by 20 mins. Images don't load. Helpdesk people don't reply only. Professors of dams are great but the app team is useless. It's better to Join some other app because even if the questions are good on the app but you won't be able to solve it . They're invisible. In the era of app's this is THE worst app
Some symbols, I think, in the explanation section is appearing in weird letters, instead of their original shape. For eg: â€'' (some appear like this) •(some appear like this) â€~(some appear like this) It makes reading the answer uneasy. Please do look into the matter.
Please update the interface. lost a lot of valuable preparation time because the app always hangs while opening a new solution video. Marrow app is much better in this regard. Please update the app ASAP with a more stable version.
Sometime image in the question doesn't load..sometime images are not synchronous with question and may appear at next question... Lots of textual errors in question and answers... And also provide precise answers instead of lengthy note.. much better app compared to emedicoz
The app is auto shutting down and crashing in the middle of appearing for a test, this is hugely depressive! my is miui 10 running andriod pie. Developers please fix this strange issue, asap, the aiims swts may19 is an exclusive online content you have, if you cant have a stable app, then how will the content be accessed!!
everything about the app is fine except for the fact that while giving the test if you press back button accidentally or if someone calls you, the time of test automatically reduces by 15-20 min which is significant in one hour test. Ruined many test due to this. please solve this issue......
App is not showing my bookmarked questions. Whenever I filter the questions...it shows app has been stopped...pls fix this problem. How will I be able to see my bookmarked questions if this happens all the time .
I didnt think that DAMS is so unprofessional.. i have made the payment 2 days before n yet there is no confirmation and my test series is not yet activated.. i have much better experience from other coaching institutes.. n whrn i called for d same.. no one picked up n wen he picked up he was talking so rudely... i request u to at least confirm my payment.. i need to know dis..
sir, please add an option for increasing the playback speed of the solution videos in case of grand test...it helps us to allot less time to the known topics and overall decreasing the review time for grand tests..otherwise this app is the best medium dams has provided us..thank u
.App is stopping continuously after 10 -15 min ... each time start form start time only... Kindly solve the problem.there is no speed option to play the video in 2x speed... kindly update or add setting in this aap
Horrible. Waste of time. Just buffers endlessly. Doesn't load videos or solutions despite an ultra fast net connection.
This is a very worst app if you are not using it i will suggest you to not use it while giving test it gets paused automatically and even after complaining thousand times the people are not able to solve the problem... Time is also getting wasted.... And i think my money got wasted
Kindly add the settings for playback speed.. One swt video is upto 5hrs.. It is impossible to view all the videos😟
The app itself takes so long to open... And no speed adjustment in video... Really time consuming... Please update..
Marrow is thousand times better in terms of fluidity and interface.......just learn from them!..........Biochem SWT don't have proper explanation for half of the questions........ And other half don't even have explanation at all
I have made full payment for tnd, but class tests are not up to date in my app. I am not able to give the tests online. kindly look into this matter.
Am DAMS regular batch student 2020. I can't open.. my app... Email linked with emedicoz app works fine in emedicoz.....not working in test series app.. It shows, email id/Roll no too not linked with no student.... Kindly fix it.... Thank you...
Speed adjustment for video solutions is not available and so it is taking lot of time to complete them. Update these changes.
for a brand as big, this is really a poor show. unbelievably slow, buggy and crashes like anything. the interface is even more poorer. well, soon class room programs are gonna end, and as mobile teaching is gaining efficiency and popularity, people will study and depend on online apps. So unless you people are aiming for a total refurbishment of the application, its highly likely that this might see the end of days soon. hope this will get you something to think upon!!
