The application is ok as long as i am stil able to login to my phone and the app, but if i am not able to give access to my phone and the app, no one can see the information of my card. There is no way to get to the information that was on the PVC card with the app, if the member is injured or not able to handle a phone. For now you stil need a physical card.
Hs lots of minor mistakes, starting with the Login-Button that says "Logi" instead of Login and continuing with Sos > what to do in case of emergency > title "if you are" and "if you are in your country of". Might be better to proof-read everything again, it looks quite unprofessional.
The idea is good, but the application is very limited: - I does not even to register login/pwd so I have to know my DAN ID by heart which is not suitable and limits the access to the application - not possible to update personal data - not possible to purchase/renew insurance either DAN europe improves it or they will need to come back to the plastic card
App won't even open on Android 10. Got a response now gone ? Still not working
Use to be better. But what is really annoying is you have log in again and again ..
Very good easy to use
Well, not able even to login. Reseting password at the phone nor changing it on PC at MyDan site didn't help. Don't know why any effort was done to build such app, taking into account reviews from thouse who could log into. Moreover when no plastic cards are sent. Should I trust DAN org any more? It's a shame.
