NOTE: The Dance Code App is specifically designed for use with and interactive doll (sold separately). The Dance Code App is for children 5+.
Using the Dance Code App, there are 3 ways you can create dances for Belle!
Code a Dance with Lumiere!
What will your dance look like? Does it have lots of twirling? Does it include big arm movements that reach out or up in the sky? You can create and save your own unique dances with this block-code style, drag and drop interface. It’s easy! Dancing is just a sequence of events (like coding) and with 13 different dance icons and 7 different music selections, you can create the ultimate ballroom dance for Belle to perform.
Connect the Dots with Mrs Potts!
Who will be revealed when you make a dance with Mrs Potts? She has some fancy moves planned but needs your help to make them full dances! 1, 2, 3, 4! After connecting the dots for Mrs. Potts, add the twirls, turns, and arms that you think will make the most beautiful dance. And after Belle performs your collaborated dance, find out whom the dance reveals!
Free Draw with Cogsworth
Cogsworth knows a thing or two about design and he will show you how you can DRAW your ultimate dance! It starts with a pen with ink. Use it to draw where Belle’s feet should go. Is it a box? A squiggle? A circle? If you need any ideas, you can trace the images on the dance floor! When you’re out of ink, Belle will perform your own unique dance just for you!
Tips:
• Make sure your interactive doll is powered on! Replace batteries if there is no power.
• Follow the Dance Code App’s instructions for connecting your interactive doll to your device.
• Check that Bluetooth® is enabled on your mobile device.
• Make sure your interactive doll is within 10 feet of device and not connected to another device. If it is, disconnect.

I have tried to connect this app and toy on four devices, so far nothing. How does the toy indicate it is connected? It does seem to pair with blue tooth device but toy does not respond to App and App does not indicate whether it is connected or not. Your included instructions are minimal and your online instructions are unreachable , please advise?
The app actually works but first you must turn on location under permission in the app. Down load the app then Go to the settings in your phone or tablet. Click on apps and then click on Dance code app. Click on permissions and you will see locations. Turn the location on. Once location is on the follow the instructions in the booklet.
You need to change permission in location services to allow the app access. Then it works.
Won't connect to the doll and doesn't do anything useful on it's own. A 100 mb boat anchor.
This doesn't work I try everything but it still doesn't work 😭

Tried multiple devices. Toy does not respond to the app, but will work on its own. The directions say App Available Until June 30, 2019. Even though it IS available, I assume maintenance updates are no longer being done. Disappointing, but our daughter still loves the doll.
