I really love this app and the variety or dance styles and skill levels included, but I'm pretty disappointed that they've been removing some older content without notice. I was halfway through the lessons for "Badi Mushkil" when it was removed. There have been others as well, but that one really bugged me because I danced to this song in college and it's very nostalgic to me. A suggestion: maybe have an archive of older lessons on the DWM website? Or allow subscribers to download lessons for personal use? It's really disheartening, as a paying subscriber and dance enthusiast, to have content disappear without warning.
I was having an issue while opening the tutorial. I have mailed support team and within hours they took the action. It was a great help from them as I was so depressed because I wasn't able to practice my dance. This is the first and the only platform where I am able to learn dance in such a graceful way. I am enjoying my dance amd loving my own performance. Thank you so much support team and the whole DWM team.
Crashing issue is resolved. But on using the tutorials in the app, even after completing the tutorials 100% I still see certain tutorials percentage completion is less. For certain tutorials it shows even more than 100%. Certain tutorials have been removed without any intimation. Also goals for going to next level is shown but no such supporting activities is reflecting
Not a good experience with app..very poor performance wise. content is really good though.. customer care is unresponsive.. subscription completed, enrollment done for a course. still when trying to open any video it is showing subscription error..very annoying, deployed in prod with this critical bug, really? same kind of problem is reported by many users already.dropped mail to customer service with invoice still no reply,not activated manually even.. Don't subscribe
I have had a great experience with DWM! I took quite a few classes with them, and plan to take on more! I love dancing, and this has become among the best few ways to converge my energies! Love the variety and the quality! Super friendly customer care as well!
Hola Señora I just can't say...I mean...this app is great, it has content, but sometimes it gets stuck... I mean that's not because the app has problem but due to my internet connection which is significantly low due to the area. I want to say that will you please provide an assistance for the areas where the internet is often below 200 kbps. Your app consumes a lot of data, which is a bit problematic. Otherwise es un trabajo increíble, me encanta.
Disappointing is a understatement. Want to turn off auto renewal and have written so many times to discontinue auto renewal of subscription but haven't heard back (strangely the app doesn't have any feature to unsubscribe) Wonderful money making gimmick! And there is no customer helpline number either. I have been charged for auto renewal and need this amount refunded. Plus TURN IT OFF for me! I regret having subscribed and dont ever intend using the app.
Its a really wonderful experience learning from the amazing choreographers. just a small suggestion there should be an option of adding your favourite dance into favourites so that it is easy for us to find otherwise we have to again find the song that we are learning.
My subscription is renewed but whenever I start playing a video I get an error message "you need to subscribe to watch this course". The dances are well taught but the video sometimes itself start from beginning despite having gone through half the videos
I had subscribed last year on July 11. Since I could not start my videos for 3 days, the start date was postponed to July 14(have the email to prove this). Now, I had planned to cancel the subscription on July 13 2021, however, I was charged from my account on July 11, 2021. I do not want to continue the subscription for one more year and I have emailed DWM twice already with no response. I was charged 3 days earlier and I need the refund and don't wish to continue. Please help!
Editing my review after almost a month today, still no access to the course! Not sure if the application is whole scam or what! I have enrolled for DWM yet I'm unable to watch videos. I wish I had read the reveiws earlier because everyone has faced similar problem. I even dropped an e-mail to their developer and guess what, no reply so far. Such pathetic service, please don't go for any subscription from this app. I submitted the reciepts, sent emails yet no reply so far.
Dear team, I want to unsubscribe from the app. But there is no option in you app. Your app subscription is not visible on Google Play Store to cancel payment. I'm getting charged every month. Automatically it's debited from my credit card. Please cancel my subscription.
At last issue resolved. After subscribing again, now able to see all videos. For last 6 months had pathetic experience, subscribed but couldn't see any videos. Such a high quality learning platform should have an active technical team so that if any such issue arises, can be resolved very fast.
Got the yearly package for my 8 year old niece and she loves it. There were some issues with the app in the beginning but the team was helpful in fixing it for us. Definitely recommend it to others to learn ballet.
The app keeps crashing, I haven't been able to access any of the videos. Please solve the problem quickly. Update: you can access the course through the website, it has a much better experience. Support team is very cooperative.
Hi, I wanted to make use of the festive discount for a yearly subscription (Rs999). However, when I subscribed, I was charged USD 29.99, which is double the discounted fee (About Rs2000). I have subscribed already, but wish I could get a refund for the extra charges.
Very bad experience. I subscribed to their application by paying the money but still they are asking me to subscribe and I cannot watch any videos. I send them mail to which they didnt respond and I gave them a call and the number wwont even go through. Very bad service.
As a compensation it was told that my 199 subscription which I did for the 1st month would be continued to my 2nd month at no cost. I have still not received the subscription. I take dance seriously so please provide with the contact no and etc and please look into this matter. +App is still crashing.
Even after making payment,video is not available. App says to subscribe. As instructed, I reinstalled the app...still no video and there is no reply to my e mails. 10 days and they can't fix this issue!??
Horrible experience. 2 days after i subscribed I am not able to watch any video. There is no option to unsubscribe or any customer care. I sent mail also to unsubscribe or resolve the technical issue. No response. Money getting deducted every month ! Not sure why this app is still there..if you scroll down and see every review is the same and all customers face the same issue. They dont even have the basic sense to fix this app. Maybe I should write to Madhuri Dixit herself !
Unable to see any dance videos!! Tried all forms of dance but none of them have the actual video. I have already paid and subscribed, it's been over 24hrs and I have yet not been able to view ANY of the lessons.
Hi team, I am unable to subscribe in this app. When I click on subscribe , and add card details it goes for authentication screen , when I click on authenticate button nothing happens. Hence the payment is not successful and therefore no subscription.
Unable to watch videos even after subscribing to it. When I click on videos, it ask me subscribe and when I click on plans it shows as the subscription dates saying already subscribed. Please fix this as I already tried all the troubleshooting steps.
Even after subscribing I am unable to watch most of the videos, there are only suggested videos which I can access. This was the least expected from this app and it really disappoint me. It's of waste to subscribe
I had subscribed for an annual membership in July 20, couldn't use the app at all for a long time it kept getting hung. I wote to them many times and then finally someone told me on the app mssgs that they would give me extra time to make up for the time I lost...which is actually atleast 3 or 4 mths. I mailed them asking for confirmation that they would give me the extra mths & if so, how many mths. Got no response of course. I cnceld the sub.*Edited to add that stillno one got in touch 09/1/22
Horrible experience. I wish I had read reviews before subscribing. No reply even after writing on the email provided. Even after subscribing, I am unable to watch any video. No clear options of how to unsubscribe. People are enrolling because they want to learn from these masters so please whoever is handling these issues, address them immediately. Unnecessary anxiety I could have avoided in my life.
I paid for the subscription on the website, but when i am opening the same profile in the app, it doesn't recognise, and is asking for fresh subscription. Plus the app isn't working. It keeps sending me to the login page on every click. Please resolve the issues. I am not being able to view a single session, even after paying for the annual subscription.
