Very easy to use app, though with occasional technical hiccups that prevent login
After is for banking Here for over 40 years the quality has went down and this app is even more simple and doesn't do much
Crashes a lot and on a daily basis!! You don't know if your going to get into your account or not. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache, and tried several troubleshooting steps but still does not work well. This is the worst baking app I have ever used!
DCCU's mobile app makes banking so easy! I used to dread people giving me checks because it would take forever for me to get the time to run to the bank to deposit them. Now it's no problem because I can deposit them anytime, anywhere with the mobile app. I can also keep an eye on my balance and transfer funds from one account to another whenever I need to. Love it!
Looks like they have fixed the app. App crashes every time I try and open it. When I try and send feedback I get an error message stating the email can not be delivered to their address.
Solid interface. Quick transfers, and E-deposit functions. It has a certain visual clunkiness to the interface, but it's entirely functional for most of my needs.

Love that the app is fingerprint protected. Makes me more confident in doing my banking anywhere and has prevented me from making purchases over the balance in my checking. Transfers are fast and easy in app.
App would not open. Keep freezing up n eventually completely stop working. I deleted it and now a month later reinstalling it to see if the bugs has been fixed.
Don't know whats going on but, people have bills to pay. 😟 Never had issues with the older version. It's like all of my info was either deleted or it's on hold. Then the app tries to post a high review for itself?? 🤔 Whats going on? 😩
"An error has occurred, please call for assistance." The app has always been lame and 5+ years behind, but now it's totally broken. As of 10-26-21, the app's still broken with the same error.
Not sure what happened. The app was working just fine then this week it only shows my loan accounts. I deleted and reinstalled, but it didn't fix the problem.
It's ok. Depositing a check via the app is good when it works. The credit score option isn't working on
Never had problems with this app until recently. Still working well on my Android phone, but over the past month or so, the app won't open on my tablet.
Does not show all pending deposits, only the normal money that comes in when pay week comes. Wish it had more options. Plus, I have been with this bank. And have not gotten a normal bank account they keep charging me a monthly fee.
often times difficult to get into. the fingerprint reader is buggy, a solid 30% of the time my balances are not available to be shown
With the auto lighting support, this is the best I have seen of all Mobile Deposit experiences. I also save with another Credit Union and this app is way better than theirs.
This app is ok. Wish it was better. There are some things I cannot access through the app and have to login through the website. Wish this app was more like Discover or UW Credit Union's.
App was finally updated, but because the online system needed it more. Though I can now finally use it again, it no longer thinks my phone is jailbroken just because their detection method was outdated and I have a Note10+
Too many upgrades and I have to change my password every so many months especially when there is a upgrade or update whoever is in charge of doing things to this app has no clue as to what they are doing
Most efficient and reliable apps for transfers and deposits right at the fingertips. I recommend for anyone easy and user friendly.
App is very usable. It doesn't have all features that the website has, but there are no issues with what it was designed to do.
Won't work on LG V30 but works on an older Galaxy tablet. Called bank twice no help. Go back to the version before this happened. This is very inconvenient.
The app works for transfers between my accounts and mobile deposits. Handy for ensuring I have enough money in my checking account or quickly moving money from savings if needed.
Yeah the app's very easy to use the only thing is they're always updating when I'm going to work and try to check balances at 3 o'clock in the morning
Some of these reviews come out sounding like the bank paid them to do it. Anyways, it's fine when working. Don't bother trying to deposit checks online, was bad at least before the update. Will update my review if I think better of it in the future.
This app has stopped working on my Galaxy tab. I can't figure out why. It works fine on my wife's Galaxy tab.
I never had a problem logging in. Since the update its telling me that my password is wrong. Trust me I know my password.
Lots of errors. Works half the time. The other half it won't register my trying to click to sign in
I love this app! I've been using it for years. I have 0 complaints. Its user friendly. I deposit payments, transfer funds between accounts, pay my car loan, track pending transactions, setup security alerts, freeze account, view/download my statement if needed. Pretty much any action thats not cash related. Give it a try!
