Dankort app

Bluetooth has never worked, despite giving it many chances. Now it consistently failed with an error "only use one card." Tried reinstalling and have only added one card. QR code scanner doesn't work, which is also amazing, since I've never seen a QR code scanner not work outside this app. This app has one job, and it fails, which is sad, because I really want it to succeed.

Not possible to add card in anyway. When trying to type in the card number, it issues ghe error message that it is disconnected from internet. It has failed on both wifi & mobile network! The scan feature does not work either! What an app!

Terrible app. When introducing a new debit card, it would not allow me to edit the phone number. When I managed to introduce my information, it did not recognize the Bluetooth reader in the supermarket. Instead, the Google Pay setup launched. And it was not clear it was part of the process to use the app or not. Nevertheless, it did not work and I left the supermarket without the things I needed

Can't pay with the app. Nothing happens. Bluetooth (and NFC) enabled - Card added correctly. Just says "Searching for terminals" No errors from app. Useless.

The app is not always working. I have had to hold the phone next to the terminal for 30 or so seconds and sometimes nothing happens. Compared to the NFC payment of Google Pay, this one is terrible. The positive is that I get the recipes directly in the app with all the details, something that Gpay does not have.

I used 10 minutes at the checkout in Netto, wasting the time of the cashier, the other customers, and of course my own. The payment just wouldn't go through. Absolute disappointment. Either fix your bugs, or your user interface, because something definitely wasn't working there.

The app is just plain terrible. EVERY time I try to use it, it never connects to the terminal. I am standing in line at the register with a queue of people waiting and the cashier waiting impatiently and the app never connects. I shop at our local COOP store, and it never works. I use mobile pay whenever I can. In fact coop's own app also uses mobilepay. Dont bother with this dankort app. It simply NEVER works.

First server problems caused inability to add new cards (no error message). Then trying to use the app caused (?) The PoP at the supermarket to freeze. Using it today gets the error message on the terminal of not using multiple cards at once. Still waiting for a successful payment using the app. Not good.

My card expired and it won't let me add a new one. Scan doesn't work and typing manually results in a connection error even if the phone is connected to the internet.

The app doesn't start on my Google Pixel 3. When I open it, it loads for a sec and then it throws an error saying "Something went wrong". I tried several times, also reinstalling, but didn't help

It almost never works and a lot of shops have removed Bluetooth, need upgrade to supported NFC.

Massive battery drain, used 20 pct of all usage in the background, on a day where I never even left home. Can't add new cards due to an error.

Looks great. Didn't work though. Haven't found out if it's the shop (Netto) that doesn't support it or if more setup is required elsewhere on the phone.

Constantly getting "this app needs internet access to add a card" message. Hint: The phone is connected to internet.

I tried to use the app in min købmand and it didn't work, instead Google Pay loads and wants to set up a payment. In the setup process the app asks me to set up pin number, whivh I did, but when I open the app next time I am never asked for the pin and I can just do what ever I want in the app. Don't trust this app at all and uninstalling

The app works really good. The transaction between the terminal and the app was too smooth.

An excellent payment app. Would be good to have 1) Fingerprint support for payment authentication instead using PIN digits and 2) Support for English language.

It has not worked once so far. The terminal has prompted me to use my chip on every occasion that I have attempted to pay with the app.

I tried three to four times in different places to pay bill but i was disappointed. Its annoying as wellfor others behind me to check out.

Registers tap at counter but never receives amount and times out. Scary bit is that they are pushing out working competitor with their lower retailers fees.

Doesn't work with Huawei P30. Version 2.6.2(174). Loads, then says "an error occurred".

Stinks,problems reading QR.when other payment apps on this phone work fine. Then Stoped working completely.

Unable to read QR codes, and does not detect nearby terminals. So absolutely nothing worth on my S20

It rarely works for me. It almost never discovers the terminal when I have the app open. On the other side, when I have my visa card up, the app sometimes prompt me to be used 😊

Tried using the app with the screen on, off and unlocked neither worked...

Can't add my credit card because of connectivity issues even though literally everything else has connection to the internet
