Downloaded the new update today, but now the game keeps crashing and kicking me out. Canceled my subscriptions because I don't want to get charged for a game I can't even play. I've seen other reviews where this happens and there's no fix, I hope something gets done and I can keep playing, I really don't want to lose the account I've built up. I've cleared my cache, reasted the app and my phone but it hasn't solved anything, I was really looking forward to the upcoming crossover and summons.

The only app, and game at all for that matter, I can lagitimately say I've been playing for years. Only down side is that some of the final bosses practically require limited time characters to have a chance to beat, but that is only on the very hard setting so it won't hender story progress but still frustrating.

Every update more bugs, was playing the new events for a while then got kicked from the game saying that the cache is full so I cleared it and it's been stuck in this loop. Cleared ram and othwr programs just to be safe. Hoping a quick uninstall will help. Edit: gave me visual bugs and I believe it might of kicked me off my account, now to go through support to recover it..

Loved the game since the release, but once I realized how much space it was taking up on my phone I deleted it, it's not a bad game just needed the space, also it was taking up around a little over 7GB of space FYI. Update: stopped playing about 2 years ago, decided to see if anything new had been added only to find out All of my progress had been reset ,All the characters i collected over the years is just gone, I used the transfer profile option but everything was gone.😭😭

Gane was fun but got bored, friend started playing and I reinstalled apparently being logged into your Google in the game doesn't sync data. Their recovery assistance is a joke.... they ask questions about the account that you wouldn't know without logging into the account and checking. Gave them receipts for 4 transactions they said it's not enough proof that I'm using the same Google play account that made the purchases lol. If I could give 0 stars I would just for the customer service.

I lost all my data from transferring phones, and now I can't even get a refund on any of the items purchased from before, do not invest in this game, customer support also not useful. From the first time I played they didn't provide any sort of compensation for being unable to play the game because of an issue on their side; instead, they shrugged it off with a base apology and a have fun next time

Good adictive game with tons of adds. Also tons of stories and world records for voice acted lines. Thus a must for fans. Recend update makes the game not load and the game menue keeps getting more busy. Fix those and it is a real winner.

This game is great. If I wasn't so invested in other games I would constantly play it. The drop rates for units is crazy high and the game gives out a lot of free draws.

I lived this game due to me loving. the show no problems until yesterday update where it kept crashing. I took YOUR advice by Uninstaller the game and reinstalling. I used my Google account to play and had sooo much progress and you telling me you can't recover my account due to your app crashing smh. I am disappointed I lived this game.

Scam game, boring 3 level matches every single level, nothing different and the same thing over and over again, definetally pay to win, and you Will pay a Foutune for the littlest things, and lost your data? Gooooood luck getting it again even after you wasted all your money

Just did the update. The game keeps crashing. Reset phone but still the same issue. Seems like a lot of people are experiencing this. Come on devs.

Ive been keeping up with the series since it came out and it's fun to collect all the side characters to see their profiles! Season four is coming soon and seeing content caught up to that is a nice touch

Update 2- STILL non-functional login. *Update* Force use only facebook, and guess what. Theyre trying to force a non-updated login that isnt supported. Unplayable with accounts if forced to log in after updates. ‐---------------- It's alright when it works, but crashes constantly at the menu screen. Also differentiates paid and free currency - they really want to force you to buy stuff. Currently missing all of the free event stuff going on now because their app isn't working. Nice.

App keeps crashing after last update, genuinely enjoy playing this game, but can't even get in at the moment.

Unfortunately I have to give only 3 stars when I want to give more. I love this series and the devs helped me recovery my lost account so for that I'm grateful. What I'm not grateful for is how pay 2 win this game has become. To many units plus bad gacha rates make ANYTHING pvp useless. Plus they force you to play these modes to get rewards. Way to many paid iris gachas too. No team building cause everyone had the same hacked team. Strategy by damned, 1 unit should not instakill a team.

Easily the best f2p game and the easiest game to buy stuff in, they have separate banners for all units that'd you'd want to get making it easy to collect what you want

Keeps crashing. I don't know why, please fix this. Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact never crashed in my Poco X3 Pro so how can this game crash like there is no tomorrow?

I truly liked playing this game but sadly it keeps crashing whenever I try to open it hopefully this gets fixed

It is a fun game and has more content than in the anime and light novels. So the game gives you plenty to do and leveling is easy. My only issues are the slow downloads, long load screens, and being thrown out of the game frequently, is also problematic. If you undownload this app and redowload, you have to start all over. Overall it is an enjoyable game and lots of never-before-seen stuff you won't find anywhere else. Seriously, FIX this. I really want to play but I keep getting thrown off.

It's not bad, especially if you like Danmachi, and I've been playing it for almost a year now, but I have just 2 massive issues with it: 1. Price of microtransactions. It's ridiculous how expensive they are, and it makes me feel dumb for almost considering spending the money just for the slim chance of getting the time-limited character I was hoping for. 2. As of November, the display has been glitched out and makes everything look broken and hard to navigate. The recent update did not fix it.

Love the game and how it goes through the story and then some. But for some reason I'm having visual glitches and even after just updating it after a few months break from the game the visual glitch is still there. I can't see the pop up menus properly making it hard to play. Now its even affecting other parts. Worst part is I can't even re-download it or ill lose all my progress because I could never get the thing figured out. They should go like most other games are doing. (Bind to FB etc)

I love this game. I have been playing for a few months now, and never really run into any problems. But after the Astrea rerun banners and the new trial were released i can't acess the event section, every time i click on it the game shuts off, it's happened 7 times in a row. Hopefully its something that will be fixed soon.

I love the game. Every once in a while a bug will appear. But restarting the game helps. One of the better games for FTP players as well. I had a complete device failure last week. Was unable to get my account recovered. I can't remember the exact start date, iris (Ingame currency), or where I left off in the main story. I have answered everything, else even tried to offer alternatives to get it back. There has to be another way that could help.

The game has some nice features, primarily voiced story and the fact that much of the story can be watched in game even if the event is finished. But there are some annoying aspects. First, not all of the story is archived in the game, and you need to hunt for some events on YouTube. Second, the English edition removed some interaction 'poke' feature, which is pure censorship. Third, the game doesn't support switching between multiple devices, you have to reinstall it each time, stupid.

It seemed like a great game!..... but only for the first 3 minutes I got to play. My game froze when I went to the interact screen, and then after restarting it just said there was a server error and the game couldn't load up again. After waiting 20 minutes to download a tremendous amount of files, I was left feeling disappointed. And apparantly, Im not the only one.

I used to greatly enjoy playing this game, but it seems that with every update it freezes up more and more often. I've just rebooted it for the 4th time in less than 30 minutes. It is really bad when you first log in. I have no problem playing Azur Lane and other games, just this one. Edit: Downgraded from 2 - > 1. Freezing up even worse, just spent 20 min trying to get to the part where you collect the dailies. Never did. I might try again in a few months.

I love this!!! The controls are simple and the gameplay is super fun, but theres two issues I been having first off the game crashes too much not letting me to get past one screen without it freezing, second it takes up too much of my battery I started playing with 80 percent and ended up with 42 in a few minutes. I'll change my review if all these issues are fix. Great games though highly recommend! Edit: Problem solve! Everything works great, but it takes up too much space. I

While the game visual, sounds and gameplay are really great, the game as an app is an utter failure due to how bad it has been optimized as well as how it manage its patched assets. The app crashes all the time over any kind of hang-up while the assets (sounds, video or event) are being loaded. This game might requires at least 4GB of RAM now.

I'm really enjoying the game, but I really do wish that you could go in and out of the dungeon just like in the show though. Kind of like a rouge-like experience with check-points and the option to go down solo or with friends/familia. 2 party limit. Random enemies spawn, but the amount and difficulty curve stay the pretty consistent JUST like the show. We would need a way to regain a bit of mp/hp out side of battle though. Camping? Multplayer like this would help keep many ppl interested.
