Since the last update. The app no longer works! This is unfortunate DFCU.
It's okay but not the best banking app I've used. Constantly having to call because I always get an error on signing in. My ID and password do not change but I have to continue to call. Depositing checks never goes through the first time I have to try it repeatedly even though it tells me I was successful. And this app moves extremely slow to get through the entire process of what you need to be doing. The frustration it gives me seriously makes me want to move all my accounts to our other bank.
the only downside is sometimes 12am till about 5am I can't check my balance, which makes it hard to travel with the band. but other than that it's incredibly easy and user friendly, and helps me check deposits and withdrawals quickly!
The app works very well and does everything that I need it to do.
Very simple app. It shows your balance upon log in unlike many apps where you have to search for what you want. Simple and convenient.
Tried to do a mobile deposit it was rejected because it didn't say"for mobile deposit only" account number on my checks that the bank gave has way more numbers than needed. If it wasn't for the higher interest rate for a Kasasa account I would of closed this account already. Kevin
Glitches, dosen't open sometimes. Once the app is open seems to work OK. Don't think DFC spent a lot of money having this app developed. The Zelle app dosen't work either. Called DFCU and they basically said it was a Zelle problem and you would have to contact them. Called Zelle and they said DFCU was responsible for correcting the problem not Zelle problem. . Use VENMO or PayPal instead.
Since the update on December 9th the app does not work properly. Every time it's opened it says error. Now can't even login
The update was a big hit for me, the app runs smoother and I can see my pending charges on the app now too instead of going to the website to look it up.
Won't open since December update and I have a new phone! Even after the recent update the app only opens occasionally.
App keeps coming up with error message. Teller says the problem is with me 3 year old cell phone despite having all updates to phone and DFCU app.
Installed on my Samsung S10+, uninstalled and reinstalled. Can't get past the security question, app freezes.
App works well, but you should be able to make payments to principal only on loans through it. That is the reason I have not given it five stars.
I LOVE this bank! The staff is amazing and friendly, they're quick and little to no problems! I'd have to say, COME TO THIS BANK! Switch today! You'll be amazed!
Pretty good overall. Some weird errors seems to pop up upon opening the app.
Used to work great. Now can't open at all on new S22.
I haven't been able to use it for the past few months, I am going to redownload today to see if it has straightened itself out!
Really great! Super easy transfers and I always know what's going on with my account!
Except for the periodic verification errors, it's a great little app.
Had an iPhone before and I don't know if they upgraded the app or if it was the switch from Apple to Samsung but I like the app a lot better now
Poor layout, update on 12/9/20 broke the app, no fix has been issued to date. (1/1/21)

Won't let me on. Even after I reinstalled it. Just says call for assistance. Useless.

3/16/22 Finally I can't use the app on my phone. Slow but works. Update Can't open at all on S22.Still problems - 1st error need to call for assistance and if I can get by that, the app stays running. I have to force stop. Is this going to be fixed? Can't even get developer to return email.
