I've always had Samsung Galaxy phones and I've never had an issue with any Eipex games (knock on wood!), including ones like this that have a lot of reviews saying it didn't work or had issues. Played this one on my S10 and it was great- not a single problem. Really enjoyed the game and storyline- I really liked this whole series. I prefer these kind of realistic set games to the fantasy/paranormal/scifi ones. If you have a Galaxy, this game will work fine!
Oops! I commented on the wrong one... I downloaded both but paid for the full version from the start, so I could get an immediate refund if it DID glitch on me. On THAT version I had no trouble and a perfectly smooth game & Bonus Ch. I have no idea if this one is still glitchy or not.
Didn't play this first time around because of all the negative comments but no problems at all with the icicle as I held my breath! Thanks for correcting that glitch. Game is enjoyable, graphics brilliant and storyline easy to follow. Most minigames are on the easy side.
NOT HAPPY! Started play this game but always freezes on me as soon as I start playing. Have to turn restart phone to gain control of phone function. Why pay for a game but not been able to play it. Not fair guys please fix or I want a refund. Just like everyone else who tried to play this game I game crashed when you try and put the Icicle into the pot on the fire. good game to start with but not now. What a waste of money and enjoyment for us who play your games.
Played the game through once & lived it. Plays it again & 1/2 thru the bonus game it froze, had to uninstall & reinstall. Now I get to the pot over the fire & it freezes up Every time. I can't play the game anymore it is a rip off, do not buy it!#$%&!!
Map has major problems, required repeated tapping, closing issue & not workable when tapping ot find goggles & why would anyone put them in a busted mailbox! These ideas of yours putting somewhat 'useless ' item in places you work for to find, open, ect.; always the same, put useful items these places, wouldn't make the game so lame.
I can't complete this game due to the glitch that prevents the bent wire from being added to the fire. I contacted the developer and was given a credit towards a PC game but I'm playing on Android so that's pointless. I've sent a reply to let them know I'd prefer a refund.

I also got stuck while putting the icicle in the pot. I would like my money back, or ideally, fix the damn game! Otherwise it was a typically enjoyable game.
I was enjoying playing but now I am at the stage where I need to add an icicle into the cauldron on the fire in the house and the game freezes every time I try.ive paid for this game so please sort it out or refund my money. Thank you.
Doesn't install, despite trying all the fixes, restarting, clearing cache, etc, and won't issue refund or assist. Won't download expansion files
Come on now! I've paid for this? Completly absurd that the game freezes when attempting to add wire to fire below the melting pot. Fix this or return my money! Update! It is now 5/3/2020 almost a whole month and not even a reply to say it's a work in progress. Game still does not work past the fireplace. REFUND ME THE PRICE OF GAME! THIS IS DISGRACEFUL.!
This game is so far fantastic! Good controls, great mini games..not so difficult you can't figure then out with a lil patience!
Very disappointing!! Like so many others game froze when trying to put icicle in the pot so was unable to finish the game. When is Big Fish going to give us a NEW game instead of all these old ones?
I've defindtly paid for this game before but I've just downloaded it again to play and its asking me to pay to unlock it again. I thought these games were "pay once play forever"
Freezes everytime when trying to put the bent wire in the fire. Tried writing to Big Fish and just got generic help (Internet connection, tablet reboot, reload app).
I was enjoying the game until I tried to put the icicle in the pot to melt it....then it froze. please fix it or refund my money. I'm going to uninstall it and try again.
As with the person named Matthew on a review of this game in 2020,(may) i believe, the game has froze on me as well, and have black screen, can't do anything, but to uninstall, same situation,trying to melt wire with pot in fire,,paid for this game as well,,, let's see if u guys can give me a refund,since its us guys paying for your product,,,,

Very good game. Not played all the way through yet but so far no bugs or issues.
Loved the game right up till the end then everyting i tried to go in a room everything went blank an went back to my home page i tired 5 times an i paid for the game !
This is a pretty fun, relaxing game, it hits all the bases for this genre.

Big Fish still has not fixed the issues. For those of you reading older reviews and thinking, 'Surely, they must have fixed them by now.' they haven't. The graphics are blurry and the mini games are either impossible or they are easily solved by a cabbage. Most items have to be tapped several times in order to pick them up. In one case, I had to skip a puzzle because I couldn't get the item. And too much dialogue, just too much. I did get a refund from Google, as I was within the time limit.
