I gave Danube 1 star because of somehow their behavior is fraudulent. If I placed 2 order so far and I observe that whatever item is on Promotion they removed by saying it's out of stock. They keep the items which are normal price on list and delivered those items only. Out of 10 items 6 items are available all others are not, Why your system didn't show me if an item is out of stock when I'm searching and placing order? I also ordered from Noon grocery and they always delivered all items.

Terrible app. You can't actually know what is in stock or not until after your order has been picked and then you can't replace and cancel your order unless you contact them from the app. It's a lazy horrible system that they have made. I always receive half my stuff. Eggs without bread, rice with no chicken. It's like a funny joke. You should not sell people stuff on the basis that they're in stock, then say no they're not, make sure the stuff are in stock first.

Good app, fast service and delivery. Wish they had a slightly larger range od some products on the app; more like they have in the actual stores. Especially their health food aisles.

I like the images and the categorization in the app However, the response time is a bit slow. I suggest you add share button in Cart and you add notifications in case out of stock items are back to stock. Also, promotion should be customized; as the user can receive notifications in case one of the already bought products in previous purchases has a promo. Finally; in case in the item was out of stock in store; the purchaser should have the option of sending alternatives (size or brand) to the customer so I can choose an alternative myself or cancel. Overall; the app is more enjoyable and easier than many others. Thank you

Very good application. Ordering items are so smooth and delivery too. The driver speaks english so it is not difficult to communicate. Good job!

I never had good experience with this app. Not before, especially not now in emergency cases. I need to much time to write my all bad experiences. But definitely worst app and worst shopping place. Latest experience, I didn't had my dinner, I don't have what to eat for sohoor, because they didn't deliver my grocery. I was waiting for it, so I miss the time for curfew, as delivery time should be from 4pm until 6pm. At least they should cancel my order. So I can find other option.

I just downloaded the app and found +500Sar worth product in my cart and that without login

It was a great experience! We ordered online.. the items were delivered in two days.. (despite they were having difficulty offering available delivery times in this period) The items were carried in cooler boxes.. So they were fresh.. Some items were out of stock, They noticed us in email with details & refunded the money of these items in the same day! Thank you very much 👍

Terrible ordering process - half of everything that I ordered and paid for was out of stock the next day the order was ready for delivery. Eventually the credit that was left was returned to my wallet - what a joke! Tried for two weeks re-ordering, getting error message that no timeslots available. Yesterday got to order from my ewallet, and 02:00 this morning get notifications that order changed 8 out of 12 items removed again!!!!! Stop wasting my time and now just really refund me !!!!!!!!!!!!

Sleek app, easy to order & make the pickup. I especially want to appreciate the simple yet effective design & layout of the app; it does the job well especially when I am searching the items. Also, since my friend had goven me a referral, I got 35Sar off, so I am quite ecstatic.

It saves time and money, I don't have to brave the heat outside to do my grocers. Very easy to use. And I also suggest to pay 1st during check out because when I chose COD, some of the items I ordered were already out of stock when they dispatch it on the day I listed on my delivery date. :( so it's a 4.

When you select a brand to buy and become nonavailable online they obligatory choose another one for you matching their stock and price preferences. There's no "cancel the item" option. I uninstalled the App because I pay for the brands I want not the brands they need to sell and force me to buy. They need to consider my preferences and selections.

I've been shopping and ordering stuffs here at Danube quite some time and my experience is great. in app or store. the costumer service reaches out to you in time and you can chat live with them to address your concerns but! some items that I love is not available and I hope they fill it up.. because I end up ordering it on other store. 😔 other than that, this store has a low price, a lot of sales and promotions which you can avail and fast delivery.

App is good however order cannot be edited once placed. I can't add items once I've placed order. Calling the call centre is long. There should be an option available on the app. Also if item is unavailable customer service should call or msg.. missing items are very inconvenient.

App is great, prices are way much better than other markets ,problem is that you can choose products and add them to your basket ,but when you try to checkout ,no time slots are available either for delivery or store pick up. No guarantee that the price will be the same if you want to wait for a tome slot to be available .

The app and the delivery service are really great. Made my life so much easier. They have an option to cancel the item if it's not available but they still deliver everything else so it's very convenient

Great app and experience with the delivery. Alhamdulillah the vegetables and fruits were fresh. One suggestion for the app, if possible, is to add a chat (within the order placed), so the person shopping for us could communicate with us in case a product isn't available and show us what similar products are available that I could choose for replacement instead of replacing without knowing. I chose cancelling the product if not available, but this suggestion would be great to have. Thank you.

Waste of time and effort... Delivery times are unrealistic, and by the time you get closer to the delivery date, they will automatically remove the majority of the items from your list and mark them as unavailable... It's faster to buy from zad or maghate or any other real grocery app..

Good experience but it would be perfect if we can contact the one who gather our items so we can pick the replaced items and can describe specifically which meat we prefer like for example local no fat beef meat. I need to go myself for this. Or you an upgrade your apps to give choices like that.

When i finished selecting all items i want and filling all required infos, the application won't send me mobile activation number!! I tried many times requesting for the activation number but without any result. I have Samsung Note 9, and i don't think the issue is from my mobile or the operator.

This app is not connected to any inventory system in Danube store. You can select items and check out just to be notified later during delivery it is out of stock. Your online payment becomes hostage! After calling their customer support for the fourth time about refund, I'm fed up and just uninstall the app. This is the worst app I've ever used, brought me stress instead of relief specially for this troubled times. 😩😩😩

Nothing but a waste of time, tried to use it, from 2 different phones, but it didnt work. It is extremely buggy. Stay away and dont waste your time. مضيعة للوقت، البرنامج لايقبل الطلبات رغم محاولات متعددة من جوالين مختلفين على مدى عدة ايام
