I have never used an app that is this much cluttered. The UI is so busy and noisy. Searching system is horrible. Doesn't show exact result i'm looking for even if it's on Daraz. The app is most of the times Slow and buggy. The overall UX is also bad. But in terms of e-commerce Daraz is always best and my trusted platform.

Nice app. Almost everything is available there. I often use it. There are some issues. Mentioning one of them below. Some more effort required related to the price check which sellers mention. Example: Some sellers mention double the price of an item and then put 100% discount just to dodge the customers with big discount.

they are running a scam. please don't use this website more than once. you will be regret that. refunds are fraud because they will send you a broken product intensionally than take your entire pay as a single vauter (you can't you it as individual credit) and you have to pay the same fixed delivery charge. sometimes they don't even return the product and give a refund so they know it was defected all along. and they keep the cash. I will suggest take refund as credit card and avoid vauters.

In today's digital world Online platforms are becoming highly powerful and advanced. Daraz Bangladesh is the most popular among them and the largest also, but i am giving 2 star only because it's search engine. it's product search engine performance is very poor and not accurate, the search engine can not process case sensitive words,shows unrelated results, product suggestion algorithm seems outdated,In app offer system seems very clustered and messy. Developers should look into these and fix.

First of all , this app is good but I have some issues with the price mentioned in it ,why the price written Below the product is not same for payment? When we order something, they take more amount than the price written Below that product. Kindly correct your price rate. And also one more issue is that we never get the correct results for what we search.kindly settle these issues. Thanks.

Some of the problems I encountered - The follow up review system doesn't work. - Pick up points don't have qualified individuals to deal with the customers. - Sometimes there is no response from customer agents. Most of the time they leave you hanging by asking for some time. Before they reply, the session ends. - The app is bugging and doesn't work properly.

I have been using this app for many years but suddenly I noticed that the delivery charge of any product of this app is so high that even though the delivery charge is less than 2 times less than the product, suddenly again It is increasing again. Please see the thing.😔🙏

Not having a hot line for inquiries is bit nerving in Sri Lanka. But have not had any issues with payments and sellers so far. However once my order was cancelled and reimbursed. But I had used a foreign card and had to incur a considerable exchange loss

DMART shipment charges crashes after sometimes. They are supposed to be fixed to all cities but they keeps changing to much higher charges sometimes. I have to file complaint everytime to get it fixed by daraz team. QA is not doing it's job properly. This process should improve.

Much better than the previous version. The keyword matching is soooo much improved. But... Still have a problem... When you search for an item, some products are shown repeatedly. -1 star for that. Btw... The previous daraz logo was better than this one :-)...

I've heard great things about the app, but when I try to place the order, it says oops, couldn't place your order. Even the quantity of items is 1 but still no idea. First order per hi AISA experience. Disappointed 🙃

I can't even rate the app. I couldn't purchase a single product. Payment always went wrong and it showed "opps something gone wrong with your order" something like this. It is My humble request to fix this issue.

Still 4 starts (according to me) cause I kinda liked the old one. New one is better, looks up to date but the only issue I am facing is that you can't sort ads according to price. I'm giving 5 stars cause you have great customer service and sort matters and issues quickly.

The new update donot shows the option of listing items according to Pricing ( high - low), best selling, featured, date( new - old).. This thing helped a lot in choosing item to be purchased, also another bug to be found is that on home screen the icons donot load when are opened.

I am having trouble with daraz wallet. I deposited a large sum in my daraz wallet to pay for my order but i keep on getting an error message saying "We couldn't conplete your payment process" and "transaction could not be completed due to risk scanning" and that i should choose another payment option. Now my money is stuck in the app, i can neither buy anything nor can i withdraw it or transfer it somewhere else and i can't find a soul who can help me with this issue.

withdrawal success from wallet but funds are NOT reflected in my bank account. solve the issue. And just like Aliexpress, "Image Search" tab must be added in daraz app for convenience. Search engine is very poor

Worth shopping experiences in my life. I was order the mobile with this app, I received in almost a week, its Okey. This mobile is look like a used one. No any seal in the box just cover by normal tape. Before I ordered a iron, this was also same no any box to pack, no manual paper on it. I was in hurry, so I didn't return it I think it's my fault to order by daraz. And sorry for your service . 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Cancelation refund takes forever. Never prepaying again. Prepayment should be more convenient, not less. Showing me forced full scree ads after opening the apl when I'm spending money lol and the ad is for an offer in the app which I'll see anyway. This is idiotic and pointless.

Daraz is one of my favorite e-commerce company because from now on all kinds of products are available. But the search engine is very bad. However, after overcoming these problems, Daraz will provide us with good service

I've been using daraz since 2016 and I'll be honest in some aspects it's a great app to find literally anything for an affordable cost but it also has a lot of issues thst need to be fixed; 1. The search results are so bad that it shows me products completely unrelated to my search. 2. Uploading pictures is a a complete nightmare while writing reviews. 3. (This is just an opinion)The new logo is absolutely hideous, I hate the bright orange colour of it and I quite liked the previous one.

The reason for giving 3 stars is that the customer cannot select colors or sizes etc they want. It just places the order directly. That's not the right way. Check other apps how they work..

Terrible app. So slow. Can't review product because the whole process is so slow and buggy. And sometimes it just hangs or crashes. Never seen an app that discourages reviewing products as much as this app

there is an issue in latest version, home screen is not a full screen, it shows 1/4 of the screen, after clicking serach bar then it is working full.

One of the best e shopping for Nepal . Have been a frequent shopper and the products are satisfying delivery is also at the time I usually purchase books and it's all very good till date . The only complain I have is if the delivery is at same place of same person at a same time it's always packed differently and have to pay the delivery charges for each of the items .I hope daraz will work on it further overall it's satisfying 👍

I have only one issue with this app. It can not load all of the 200 items on my wishlist. It clearly gives us the capacity of more than hundred and upto two hundred but goes on to display only half of them. I've obviously forgotten what I had put into the wishlist over the course of months or years. If this gets fixed it will be the best shopping app for me.

I use daraz for most bill payments on Saturdays as it offers me 10% off for my HNB Credit Card. It saved me lot of money. Other items are bit overpriced and delivery charges are high too. Daraz should should also offer consolidated delivery with a lesser delivery charge.

Draz is best and big online shipping plateform. Where many it's can get. It is help help customer and fullfill there demand. It is very popular all over the Nepal. Draz items price is real and best when showings in draz sites. But when we want to buy it expensive by delivery charge , we have forcely don't want to buy it because we have get items in lower price in our marketplace. Due higher delivery charge. Little bet problem in draz should be improved:- 1:- observe small buyer

3rd Update: The app has improved a lot. UI is user friendly. But still waiting for the camera search feature. Why is the delivery time of overseas shipment so long. 30-38 days wait time is too much. Another issue I've faced. I can't order anything on my mom's phone from daraz. Everytime I order something, a notification pops up saying something went wrong. Phone model: Realme 9i (Bought from daraz)

I have ordered a lot of times on daraz and always got the correct thing but it's been few months i have gotten the wrong thing 4th or 5th time and its been headache cause even if its wrong I still have to pay for it and then return it and get the original one so daraz pls fix this problem specially when u order from overseas there is 1% that it will be correct so pls fix it.
