Dark Parables: Snow Queen CE

Downloaded the game, all I see is a black screen when I open it. It won't load, tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but it won't work at all. Super disappointed because I've never had this problem with any of their games before and this is the only Dark Parables I haven't played yet. Would give 0 stars if I could since I can't even play it.

Went to play this game & the Big Fish screen loaded but after that just blackness. Unfortunately, this isn't the only game I've had this problem with. There's been more than a handful of games by this company that has done this. The only good thing when this happens is I've always been able to get a refund. I'd much rather like to have played these games though. I spend to much money with this company for multiple disappointments like this =(

Downloaded it and it wont open uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times still nothing so..... guess it's a no-go how disappointing 😢!! I've been impatiently waiting for a new game already! Bigfish spoils me by having new games out so quickly. Screw the fall sale, bring on a new game lol

Will not load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and it still does not load. Have played all other Android games in the series so very frustrating to not be able to try this one. Please fix!

The story was great, because of all the twiss and turns. It makes you think about what you must find. I would like to play more of your games. To let you know i am 61 yrs young and i will be telling others about your games, it keeps the mind .active. Thank you gail mcgil!

Downloaded OK went to open it shows blue screen then black and then nothing. Didn't get a chance to play anything as it kept crashing.

it wont even open the app. it just freezes on a black screen and then gives me a notification that the app isnt responding

i dowload the game , but i wasn't able to play, only black screen, the funny thing is thay I buy the game long ago, when i'd switch phone, wanted to play thegame im my new phone.but inever could.😔

It sounds like a good game but I simply can't get it to open on my device ( Samsung tablet ) I've now tried downloading it four times and same problem. Any suggestions ?????

I only gave this rating because I downloaded the game 3 times as I was really looking forward to it but it would never open. Its always the same not responding message.

Have downloaded this game 3 times now, including the extra download it needed, but still just get a black screen when I try to open the game! What's going on????

Never opens at all I only see a black screen Also where are all the other games you have 16 games but for some reason you only have 5 available and I love your games but this has become dull

Could not play the game. Game started with a blue screen, went black and that was it. Galaxy S8+

Beautiful graphics but the game wanted me to pay for the other half of the game. Not even a good story line. big 👎
