HOW TO USE DART
- Download the App for free and register your account
- Register a phone number where the driver can contact you (you may update this at any time).
- Our app uses your smartphone GPS and Geo-location function to help confirm your pick-up point. Tap on marker and type in a helpful note for our drivers to find you. Eg. Iβm waiting upstairs or a detailed street name/number
- For your drop-off point just type the street address or closest landmark/street and accurately drag pointer on map.
- An estimated fare will appear and you can request on demand pick-up.

Tried booking so many times and you people are inconvenient. I tried calling you people on the customer service and messaged on instagram. Still no response. To people who want to book cab online, I suggest you don't as they will make you stranded at the places wherever you are for god knows for how long and I suggest you to own a car of your own. I myself use for travel and now used to. I tried calling these at the customer service no cabs come to pick me up and i had to walk to my destination.
I've been trying to use this dart today from 7.00am to 8am and it's still loading like hell. Keep stating only "take a minute". As I keep restarting my phone it's still the same thing, checking for updates..still the same thing "waiting for drivers" what took so long with this app. Call the hotline service "useless" no answer
This app could be the first and only entry in a textbook called "How Not To Code A Rideshare App": constant bugs, crashes and connection errors. Poorly optimised with an unresponsive UI. No details in error messages. Non-existent customer service showing that the creators truly don't care. Won't last long.
The app overall is okay. Due to lack of drivers with them, it took 5 minutes till my booking was accepted. After the ride, it said ereceipt has been sent to my email, however it's not there. Contacted the support, THEY'RE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! Dart is still a longggg way to go
The app works, the drivers show up as agreed. However, this app is incomplete. No way to chat with the driver. Error messages occasionally show up as well.
Excellent app. Had a stopover in Brunei for about a week. Have met with some nice drivers. Generally good service but there was this one driver Kenni who left a big impression on me. Awesome driver and a really cool car. Felt like a VIP. Without a doubt one of the best dart has to offer. Highly recommended.
Tried booking a ride, keep getting "failed to connect to server". imagine stranded somewhere while trying to find a ride but cannot do anything. so stupid - this is 2021, fix your damn app
The app keeps crashing right when I open it. Extremely disappointed by this. Please fix it immediately.
waited hours to find a driver, never got one in the end. not that helpful if theres no drivers to begin with. not only its a bit pricey but you dont even get a driver
If you top up minimum credit 5$. You will have insufficient funds to book 5$ ride. I bet that this app was done by student without any testing. The payment options are terrible. They are years behind competition e.g. Grab.
App works sufficiently, but crashes when booking happens. Main flaw is that there are not enough drivers in general. It might take 30min before getting a driver. Few drivers have a questionable attitude (asking to wait for another 30min). Use with caution.
The service is generally good but the app itself is a disaster. It is always crashing and wouldn't connect properly.
From my house to a small shop not far from me & they charged me $9 for it. Better to just walk till my feet bleeds than to pay these outrageous pricing. On the plus side the app works properly most of the time & has good gps.
Dart really helpful when we need it..we thanks for its existence...come across good drivers and very polite...but however the APPS need to be improve...always prompted with error messages and disconnected all the times..appreciate if this problem can be fix..thanks..your loyal rider..
Good service, although the drivers arrive not exact time as stated in app, but they do usually arrive as what they stated when they contact through Whatsapp. Lucky so far to get funny drivers.
While different drivers have different services, I'd like if my driver could WAIT for me. It didn't even reach 15 mins and I was rushing to it but it left me there standing outside.
I used the apps once. Im very satisfied. The driver is so nice and friendly. Even offered me free wifi (own initiative) im so lucky to have him as my driver for my first time using dart. So gonna use it again in the future. All the best team Dart. Maju Terus. Pantang Mundur!
Sg, malaysia (grab) Indonesia (GoJek) and now Brunei (Dart) This guys are big dreamers. I love the app tbh. I never thought that i would say this but i might use the app more often. Its so simple and the price are just "ngam" i would say. Affordable and just nice. Looking forward for the future improvement in this app. Good Job Team Dart Brunei!!
About to try this dart.. But when I tried to create an account.. The verification process didn't even work properly.. Didn't receive any code to proceed to next process! .. Please.. Hope dart can settle this matter.
OVERPRICED. Such an expensive even for short ride and useless app. Driver charged us so much and not helpful at all with luggage. the funny thing app doesn't work near airport area. what even?!!?!???

good bargain compared to their regular cabs. my driver encountered was good and pleasant, and there's driver card details on the dashboard. good is there is promo

Doesn't work with foreign numbers, drivers are hard to catch after 7 to 8 pm and the price is just outrageous. The bus from muara to bandar is 1 Dollar (subsidized) but with Dart it's 20 BND. Just Mahal!
Too Many Bugs. App doesn't work 90% of the time. The amount of times that I have to "search" for a ride is honestly horrendous. This app keeps cancelling my search for no reason. I can't go off the app or else it will cancel my search. I can't turn off my phone or it will cancel the search. Loading takes way too long and it took me 20 minutes to get one ride. Sadly there is no competition in Brunei. Which means dart has very little insentive to improve the app; that's just a bad business ethic.
