Not only has this been the most atrocious app that I've ever used (ungodly slow, constant crashes, etc), it literally just stole my money. I paid for a weekly pass, it came out of my bank account, but the app claims that I have no active passes. I cannot WAIT to get my car fixed. Will never use this POS again, and will be contacting Dart directly about getting my money back.

It's slow. It crashes. The QR code fails to show up correctly frequently. When returning from minimized on the QR screen it will ask if you want to use the pass despite already using a pass, in fear of the app using a brand new pass: by pressing "NO" it returns you to the main screen which is just frustrating. Removing the dollar-amount cards was a extreamly poor decision if this is the replacement we are forced to deal with to save some cash.

Used my debit card to buy 3 2-zone day passes, total = $24. It didn't go through so I tried again. Turns out it did go through and now I have two $24 entries on my debit card for tickets I was never granted after my purchase. If you're going to charge me $48 for tickets I can't have, please refund me. Those tickets were my only way to get to and from work!

The new qr code will not work right on my phone. The drivers told me that the bar code is too big. It won't scan on the machine. I have tried changing my phone settings but it will not effect the size of the bar code. The bar code still takes up my entire screen. How can I fix this? My phone is an Android if that makes a difference. Before that the app worked good.

It's a good app however there is a problem, 3 days ago I got a new phone so I was trying to switch my ticket from my old one to my new one. I tried a couple times to switch tickets and it didn't work. So when I called their services they said, " Once you activate a ticket on your old phone we can't switch it or give a refund ". I feel like I was robbed especially since I do a 30-day pass so I can get to the places I need to go. They need to change some things.

App crashes, Wont let you buy tickets, wont let you use the ones you have. No explaination just infinite load screens. No point in contacting customer service when your getting on the bus for work and the DART app wont work so you cant ride. Damage is done, Faith is lost, Should have never put trust in public transport from the start. Update: Tried to call, Offices are close 2:30pm On a friday.

The app is very slow and I accidentally paid twice. Why? The app didn't show I'd already paid. Also the app closes unexpectedly with a black screen. I had to close the app and open it again. Time wasted trying to get it to work. It's horrible. Guess I'm paying with cash again...

Pretty bad app. Directions for use are not clear nor complete. Am quite tech savvy, but had trouble with this. Used today for first time, code came up blurry. Had to close the app & try again. Knew to do that only because a friend has had that happen repeatedly. Driver was unable to help. Should be much better.

The new QRS scan code started for me this morning. The app is very slow and it took 7 min to get my ticket to scan. The driver could see my ticket turned green and was valid but would not let me go until I scanned the qrs which was jammed up. It was a stressful situation with an unpleasant and exremely unhelpful driver to hold up other riders.

The one thing I loved about covid was the bus. As the customers return so does the pore quality of rides.Call 3-4 days in advance for the undependable, extremely long ride that will probably not get u any where on time. It can take 2-3 trys to get an appointment on time.The program used to guide the drivers does not take into consideration the beach traffic. I tell dart I need a ride 2 hour ahead of schedule and keep my fingers crossed. The ticket price is great.But not worth it me. Good luck!

Latonya the customer service supervisor was ignorant and condescending when I called to speak to her about a 2 zone pass I purchased and ended up paying cash for on top of already paying for this ride thru the app. She wouldn't refund my money. It's the principal not the 4 bucks. Super annoyed.

The app works well most of the time. However, there have been a few times the app would not load for me to access my tickets when the bus arrived. Luckily, I had a nice driver that let me get on till it loaded and I was able to pay my fare.

I cannot log into my account everytime I try the app tells me to update the app, although my app is currently up-to-date. I have tried logging in and out of the app multiple times to no avail.

It lockes your passes, then when you call customer service they tell you its nothing they can do. Customer service is trash and rude. I cant get to my bus passes because they were on my other phone which is broke. Called customer service and the manager was rude and telling. I ride dart everyday, i pay my money for those passes i should be able to access them. Ms. OWENS IS RUDE AND DOESN'T NEED TO WORK IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Stop changing everything around! Go back to using tickets! This QR code and using an app for the bus sucks so do away with it and have people use tickets and coins. You're going to have a lot of people picketing the bus station if you don't; I'll be down there picketing

This app is very helpful. Don't have to carry money around and less problems.. show the bus driver and get on.. just be careful because if you click on the button pay several times it will charge you that amount.

Thia new version of the app is messing up my phone. It took 10 mintues just to bring up the pass. Please switch it back. Bus drivers are turning people away from getting on the bus.

When this app crashes, you will not be able to use your pass. I called DART and they asked me for my email address and my name ID. They told me I had not bought a ticket since late December of 2019. I have been buying tickets online from January up until then. I used the online ticket that day up until 8:30 pm when it crashed. They said I needed proof that I purchased the online ticket. So which DART First State bus company took my money? I think I will stick to the regular passes now.

The app runs very slow--and it needs to run fast so I can activate a bus ticket, then display the ticket QR code, board the bus, and scan the QR code on the bus within the fifteen minutes the ticket can be used after activation. The app always freezes after a ticket is activated, and I struggle to make it display the QR code not just a blur. Fortunately, bus riders can still buy paper daypasses at the DART administrative office during business hours, and I plan to keep doing that.

It is a good app where I can buy a ticket for the bus if I need one. Though the app is slow to load the ticket sometimes it wont and the QR code sometomes will be blurry but will come up eventually.
