DART riders can get real-time bus information, receive Rider Alerts, and pay their fare conveniently from their phone. This new app is a great example of our ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience.

Horribly, this plugin *cannot* present ETAs or ETDs (estimated times of arrival or departure, respectively) for local, or local fixed-line, buses of DART First State's which serve even major termini such as Wilmington's still- relatively- new Wilmington Transit Center. Commuters are better off being observant and staying armed with thus- required *basic* wristwatches and 'hard-copy' timetables, too, whenever possible. Avoid installing this freshly- updated lingering waste of RAM and ROM!
The app works fine as long as the buses do as well. If they decide not to run along your route for 2 hours, they dont say why. The stop schedule just appears as normal. Never mind the inconvenience this causes riders who are going to be penalized at their jobs because no one can follow a simple schedule. If there was an accident, i would understand, but the app does not alert you if traffic conditions affect your commute.
Decent enough program. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Would be nice if deldot consolidated everything into one program (ie: traffic cams, bus route planner, virtual bus passes...) like it used to be; though i can understand why it was split up the way it is.
The app generally works well, especially the bus stop arrival times that I use the most. But the app often freezes, especially when moving around and changing WiFi, and maybe when changing between WiFi and data.
This app is great for regular DART buses but as usual, paratransit riders are simply an afterthought. App keeps crashing and can't see when the paratransit bus will arrive. You need a dedicated app or more robust paratransit area on the regular app. Disappointing.
App can be very slow at times. I continue to get the green circle that goes round and round but does nothing. Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. My connection is strong via Verizon.
should have stayed part of the DOT app. while yoi cam still manage to use it the interface is shoddy compared ro hot it was before. cant locate yourself by gps. have to search route manually where before you could just tap the stop and get the times. veey unhappy with changes
Getting easier to use
Never come on time according to schedule. My long awaited appointment was canceled this week because the driver was late for 36 minutes. I was very disappointed indeed. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Very cool... when i need public transit the "Dart Transit" app tracks the busses via real time so i wont be late to catch the bus. Shows you what different busses stop where so u will never get lost.
It's great to purchase transit bus fare. I haven't had any issues except for the time of bus arrival at a bus stop or pick up location.
Horrible, I have been trying to use this app for almost two years and it never let's me or my brother log in. This app is a waste of time.
The best way to get around Slower Lower Delaware during the busy beach season and no parking in Rehoboth Beach.
I use dart everyday and this app is awesome only messed up thing are the drivers sum are great but most are disrespectful and ignorant af.
As a senior citizen and a new resident it's easy to locate my bus and get around, plus the cost for seniors are great do to fixed income
Most unreliable transportation in the united states you'll be standing at the bus stop and the time will change on you by a hour or 2. And most buses don't run Saturday and Sunday also the app will scam you for your money.
A little confusing to figure out, but once you get the hang of it a simple helpful app.
I have no problems with my trips or ride. Except on sundays. Driver does not stop at the stop.
It was great until the January 7 update. Now it shuts down right away.

The app has gotten better at real time updating. I've been having issues with it even I'm using cellular data versus wifi. Works fine on wifi, not on cell data. It's not automatically locating the area I'm in. If I don't know a map of Delaware, I wouldn't be able to find my nearest bus stop.
