We purchased one week worth of tickets for $1 each. When you click on use ticket button it is activated, NOT when they scan it (there are no scanners on the buses) and it is valid for the next 4 hours. Make sure to "use" it just before getting on the bus. When you add your payment info do not use Google's auto-fill function because it freezes the app. Enter the whole CC info using the keyboard. Took 2 trips, so far so good.
Impossible to load a credit card through the app and contacting their link to tech support resulted in a unhelpful email about 3 days later. UPDATE: They fixed the credit card issue...upgrading to 4 stars.
Agree with the previous review. I installed the app and couldn't upload a payment method after several tries. Uninstalled and reinstalled using wifi and my credit card finally loaded. I'm hoping I won't need to be connected to wifi to reload. What happens if I'm without cash or a wifi connection and need to catch the bus?
It keeps on saying unable to access app, pls check internet connection. I used my data and also tried my wifi still it's not working. Please fix this bug 🥺😪😣
"UNABLE TO ACCESS APP" is all I get. Have tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Edit: Now I'm receiving alert that developer has responded, but there is no response.
Why did tickets have to expire on dec 31 2019? And why can I no longer buy more than one ticket at a time?
It's truly a blessing everything to have the dash bus service free I want to thank all of the dash bus drivers and all of the people who are behind the closed doors that we don't see on the daily basis thank you it is truly a blessing

While the app is sound in theory. Practice is showing that the application requires access to WiFi to work. If you don't have one available, the application stays on Moovel's start screen and doesn't go anywhere. Further, many of the drivers are confused as to what to do with the app despite a lot of advertising on the city's buses. Overall the app designer should do a much better job at making it work as needed.
