Dash Utility

I enjoy this app for the most part. But I cant give it 5 stars because of one thing. It automatically switches back to the doordash app anytime you try to do anything else. Sometimes I need to text and call customers and this makes it far more of a distraction than it saves me from. I got this app to eliminate distractions. My voice dictation cant even load by the time it switches so I cant use my voice. I wait up to 2 hours for orders sometimes too, and I'd like to be allowed to do other stuff.

Very useful app, thank you! After last update, please change the "per mile" font color back to black. It's nearly impossible to read in yellow on a white background. Also please change the floating "Time" window back to white with black font, it's unreadable in gray with black font. Thank you! Edit: Same day update has fixed the above two issues. I like the concept but after being a premium member for 3 months, I've got to cancel. It shows up in kmh even though it should show mph, as that's what I have set as. When it auto accepts a dash, sometimes it doesn't show up for 5-10 minutes making you super late or no longer in the area. The auto decline works great but that one feature is not worth $10.61. Maybe, hopefully one day it'll get a useful update.

Right now, I only seem to be able to use the app as a timer. All options are enabled for the Overlay to be drawn, but only the timer appears, no breakdown of addresses or dollar per mile (possibly because I'm in Canada). If they add Canadian support, I would gladly purchase premium as the app has a lot of value if I could get all features to work. Edit: bumping to 5 stars as support is working with me to fix. Super fast response. Great people developing this app.

Not bad, but almost the same cost as Amazon prime? If you're not doing the paid version the forced activation and ads will make you uninstall. Stacked orders confuse it with the timers and when each delivery is dropped off if you deviate. Hitting the bottom right button on your phone won't minimize it. IHe's too busy trying to make it useful to a bigger audience (was dasher utility before) and less focus on making it useful. Tldr: If you don't want to pay 10 bucks a month don't bother

I love it. The simple instant metrics available at the end of a shift have allowed me to experiment with different strategies that have drastically improved my profitability...Could you add a toggle to the pop up map feature and let us turn on or off the restaurant map pop up and the delivery? I'm in a small market and I know where the pickups are. If I could turn that off and turn on the delivery pop up it would be much appreciated, as it is now, I have to turn it off. $10 a month is a bargain.

This made dashing easier, I use two devices and it worked so much better then I expected. 9.99 a month is a little to much for the extra features you get id recommended a flat fee to unlock. But I did pay for a single month to try it out. Well apparently the account only Allowed on one device which makes it difficult to see the reports on a second device, device sync should be a thing and shouldn't lock it to a single device. Now I have to use my tablet to dash so if I forget it in sol.

Since I've used the app for the past month and it has updated a few times I have found it to now be not as good as when I first installed it. Currently I have uninstalled it because it's constantly lags as it brings up the doordash screen sometimes taking 30 seconds or more to load. I also find that orders that I have claimed to have disappeared and then they reappear again. Also when you claim a drive order it seems to interfere with your acceptance of it. For now I'll wait till the next update

Even though it isn't super user friendly (you have to go into the app and turn it on manually when you want to use it while dashing) and it's a little buggy (it switches back and forth between navigation and DoorDash when you first accept an order, and the order time gets a little confused when stacking), it's really useful in deciding which orders to accept.

This app can be as useless as the actual dasher app at times, and that's saying something. When this app wants to work, it is very useful and convenient to use. But that sadly is rarely the case. My issue is roughly once a week, or every other week (except for the past two days), I will have to give the app permission to run in the background, and have to continuously reset the permissions. Sometimes it won't even grant permission, basically rendering the app absolutely 100% useless.

Works as it should. It occasionally frustrates me that it automatically reopens the app while I am text messaging a customer, so I have to disable it whenever I am trying to contact a customer. Another improvement that can be done is to be able to disable auto accept for certain merchants that are slow (I could see this more feasible for large chains such as Applebee's or Wing Stop), that way I don't have to unassign for a restaurant I do not want to go to and hurt my completion rating.

Amazing when it works! Problem is it often doesn't work. I literally have to uninstall and reinstall almost every day in order to get it working right. Update: Since the update it works better. Accessibility still turns off all the time, but it's much better. Thank you for the nearly immediate update to fix the issue!

The idea behind this app is excellent! It worked pretty well till an update now I am aparently producing to many errors to replicate and they do not offer phone support. Could very well be operator error (my fault) but I am not tech savy and didn't follow the requested instructions on how to share my issues. Support was responsive but I currently have a premium app that does not currently serve a purpose and causes many other issues.

I just paid for the premium version and my app is still showing the free version. Originally after paying for premium I had the automatic decline option now I don't and thinking the payment didn't go through I paid again. It still is showing the free version with no automatic decline option. UPDATE! DUH fixed the issues in no time, I just hope it works as well as their support.

I love this app, and I recommend it to Dashers all the time. The auto-resume is great for those random pauses. Love the automatic break down of the amount per mile. My one complaint is that I was using an older version for a month and had to upgrade now I don't have my dash history anymore.

What's up with the ability to collect stuff that includes credit card data? I'm not comfortable with that, not even a little bit. I have an LG V20 and it specifically warned that the accessibility allowed for the ability to collect everything I type, except passwords, but did include stuff like credit card data.

What happened to the new features that were just added days ago?? This app literally does all the work of figuring out how much I'm making per mile, if it's a red card order & the pickup addy all in one pop up box ... before accepting or not. It also has a floating, running timer. The best features are probably the ones u can adjust like Auto Accept... where u can specify what the min. $$ amount per mile must be PLUS what the min. amount must be to be automatically accepted.

Thanks for the fix. Auto launch also has an aggressive tendency to move my phone back to Dasher when I'm trying to do things like text a customer or use navigation. It will even randomly launch Dasher if left on and not even logged into Dasher. Also a blacklist for addresses to refuse bad customers service would be great.

Just started using this app for the last month. So far it meets great expectations and will definitely keep my subscription. Bullet Points -- Automatic Accept / Decline based on Dash / Mileage (Godsend) -- History Audit Tracking - Excellent for exporting to Excel -- Complete Analytics on your Dashes. -- Auto Reject - Great Feature. Accept realistic dashes within miles. (Accept low dollar amounts but only drive within 2-3 mile radius) Over all - Brilliant Application - Thank You Developer!

Good at first. Then tried auto-accept feature and the delivery was out of my zone across delaware river into NJ, another state. App should keep you in your zone at least. Add this feature. Keep dashers in their zones. ...In response to response. Then there needs to be a way for dashers to enter manually the zone they're in. I know there's a way this simple feature could be accomplished.

The ability to see the amount per mile is the main function I use while doing door dash. The amount of orders you accepted and declined is very inaccurate. If you unassign that's not reflected. However I appreciate having an idea even if it's a few deliveries off. Thank you for raising my standards on deliveries!!

When it work's it's fabulous but unfortunately for me about 3/4 the time it is nothing more then a timer for how long im on that delivery. I have all the permissions set as instructed to do so in the app once u run it for the first time. I also don't open door dash app until app is running first. I'm on Android 9.0 so idk if that plays a part in it.

Review Update: and using the options within the utility I've been able to do less orders spend less gas and make more money overall doing the orders that I want to do. With the new update adding the option to do auto decline with a premium service is awesome. Chroma 999 per month I think it will help even better. I haven't added the feature yet but I'm planning to in the near future.

This app is a great thought, but it sucks as a utility.it had my phone so messed up it would shut down, lock up, and I was actually losing a lot of money. And then they want you to pay for it on top of that.if the app work like it was supposed to I wouldn't mind paying for it. but until I get the bugs worked out at least most of themthis is the worst thing you can put on your phone if you're an Android user.UPDATE: I WENT OUT PER YOUR RECOGNITION, after reinstalling the app still doesn't work. ?

Very useful. However, since the last update it never shows addresses for pickup or dropoff. This was a really important feature for me. I've also found a few inaccuracies in tracking pay, mileage or offers

I absolutely LOVE this app. It makes my day so much more productive. The autoaccept and opening navigation is so helpful. I would make it five stars but they don't have an auto decline. Would gladly pay for an ad free version!! Edit: Developer responded and said they are looking into this. So excited for this feature of it comes!

I'm really liking the app so far BUT, I can't seem to get help purchashing the app! There is nowhere in the app that I can find to purchase. I mean if you don't want my money fine😋 Once I get some help here I'll reevaluate my rating here. Yes, I did email support and been checking my spam folder. So I just forwarded that first email over again. Ok... just sent it over to outlook. Now that was some super fast help!! Thank you, I am now a premium subscriber!! Love the app!! Thank you😁

My phone ia Pixel3a with latest patch. It works fine but seems mess up or eat up all the phone resources. My phone get stuck and hang up like a snail moving and everything resume normal when I force-quit the utility app. Besidea, the auto popup of the order details masking the google map navigation during driving is also a reason to uninstall the dash uility

I bought the premium version to try out, and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. The auto-decline feature only works if your Doordarshan app is open so that you can't multi task on other things. The auto-resume feature also does not work and even though the app rejects orders when the doordash app is up on the screen, the utility app does not record the correct amount of orders rejected.. I am now paying for advertised services that are not being provided.

I've had the app for a couple days so far I like it. I get less distracted with having to handle phone and drive. But since downloading app I do not have the option for fast pay. Edited-- I know fast pay is a door dash thing but I didn't have a problem with fast pay until I put this app on my device.
